Research On The Cultivation Of Humanistic Spirit Of Science And Engineering Students

With the forum of philosophy and Social Sciences held,the CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to the construction of philosophy and social science with Chinese characteristics.General secretary Xi Jinping stressed: to strengthen the Chinese traditional culture of mining and elucidation of the Chinese cultural genes and contemporary cultural basic to adapt,in harmony with modern society,put across time and space,beyond borders,full of timeless charm,the spirit of contemporary value promotion.The humanistic spirit is called by the era once again.With the examination oriented education background,most science and engineering students from the second semester is reduced to the history,geography,politics in the humanities,and the foundation is relatively weak,lack of humanistic spirit in a certain extent.Despising the science of cultivating college students’ humanistic spirit,is not conducive to the all-round development of university students majoring in science and technology and improve the comprehensive quality of students of science and engineering.Cultivation humanistic spirit for the science and engineering students is to grant humanities knowledge and cultural achievements of outstanding teaching,which make it into people’s speech,behavior,manners,so that students of science and engineering obsess better intrinsic quality and external quality.Train a large number of science and technology talents with rich humanistic spirit,to meet the social overall development of talents demand,is conducive to the promotion of sustainable development and the national socialist modernization.This paper studies the cultivation of humanistic spirit from the perspective of science and engineering students.On the basis of the concept of engineering college students,the paper combines the connotation of humanistic spirit with the characteristics of science and engineering students,and summarizes the connotation of humanistic spirit of science and engineering students.According to the guiding ideology of science and engineering students’ humanistic spirit cultivation,analyzes the necessity of cultivating humanistic spirit of science and engineering students,the significance and principle of humanities spirit cultivation.At the same time,on-the-spot investigation and related research,grasp the contemporary science of humanistic spirit of college students in the status quo.Through survey data,understand the advantages and disadvantages of science and engineering students’ humanistic spirit,analyzing the science and engineering students humanities spirit cultivation problems and its influencing factors,so as to explore the effective way to cultivate the humanistic spirit of science and engineering college students.To promote the cultivation of humanistic spirit of science and engineering students,it is necessary to start from the following four aspects: the cultivation of ideas,the cultivation of content,the cultivation of methods and the cultivation of the environment,a number of simultaneous efforts to promote.
