The general objective of Science is to improve students' scientific literacy.The standard of science curriculum in junior middle school stipulates that understanding the nature of science is conducive to the development of students' scientific recognition,scientific inquiring ability and scientific attitude,which can help to improve students' scientific literacy.As part of natural science,experimental teaching of Biology is an important part of biology teaching.First,through the class observation and practice,the author found that the present situation of biological experiment teaching in the area is "pay attention to the theory but ignore practical experience"," pay attention to the result but ignore process "," pay attention to the operation but ignore the thinking ";The second,through reading literature and thinking,the problem is no Cognitiving experimental teaching from the perspective of nature of science,so as to put forward the view of biological experiment teaching that reflect the nature of science.Again,according to Ausubel's Meaningful Learning Theory,Vygotsky's Zone of Proximal Development,and after three years of research and practice,the author put forward the biology experimental teaching model "task-to solve" model and "history – to explore" model,which reflect the nature of science.The author implements the biological experiment teaching which embodies the nature of science from the scientific inquiry and the integration of science history.It also provides seven cases that have been practiced by the author.Realizing the temporary of scientific knowledge,experiencing the course of biological development,cultivating the students' ability of problem solving,and the courage to explore the scientific spirit through this research;It is also helpful for teachers to think deeply about science education and value orientation from the perspective of the nature of science,so as to promote the transformation of teachers' understanding of the nature of science to the teaching practice of science essence.These are the results of this study.
