In recent years,with the rapid development of China's social economy,the upgrading of social industry and the adjustment of economic structure are speeding up,a large number of high-quality application skills talents are urgently needed in the modern vocational market.There are some problems in the process of application-oriented personnel training in the newly-established undergraduate colleges and universities as the main pilot position of transformation and training of application-oriented talents.As an important part of German institutions of higher education,the University of Applied Sciences has trained a large number of high-level applied talents for Germany's economic development from its foundation to nearly half a century.In order to provide reference and practical guidance for the transformation and orientation of the newly-established undergraduate colleges and universities,the innovation of talent training mode and the deepening reform of teaching,we should study the training experience of applied talents in German University of Applied Sciences.This paper takes Germany as the research object,through literature analysis,comparative analysis and case analysis,studies the training of applied talents in German University of Applied Sciences systematically.Firstly,it mainly discusses the background of the research topic,the purpose and significance of the research,domestic and foreign research status,the definition of the core concepts,and the research content and methods.Secondly,it analyzes the establishment and development process of the German University of Applied Sciences,and analyzes the characteristics of talent training in different periods.Thirdly,it analyzes the mode,process and guarantee mechanism of the university-enterprise cooperation talent training of German University of Applied Sciences,that is,the university-enterprise joint formulation of talent training program,joint participation in project teaching,joint practice,and joint guidance of graduation design.From the macro-control of the government,the self-conscious responsibility of both schools and enterprises for collaborative education,and the participation of multiple subjects in supervision and management,the university-enterprise cooperative education security mechanism is constituted.Then,it analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of talent training in German University of Applied Sciences,that is,freshmen have practical experience in enterprises;specialty setting is closely connected with the needs of regional enterprises;curriculum teaching pays attention to practice orientation;the university-enterprise collaborative training of teachers,etc.Finally,it puts forward the enlightenment for the application-oriented personnel training of the newly-established undergraduate collegesand universities in China,that is,to define the goal of personnel training,to improve the mode of university-enterprise cooperation in personnel training,to build a professional curriculum system with industry characteristics,and to strengthen the construction of double-qualified teacher team.
