Under the background of the era of knowledge economy,technological innovation has become the theme of social development.It is also the driving force and source for the development of social production sector and the improvement of competitiveness.In the process of technological innovation in various countries,industry-university-research cooperation,which is composed of enterprises,government universities and research institutions,has become a very effective form.Through the research on the cultivation system of high-level talents based on the industry-university-research cooperation in DQ talent academy,this paper aims to build the system of industry-university-research cooperation in DQ talent academy for cultivating high-level talents,facilitate the development of talent cultivation,and provide reference for other talent training institutions to cultivate high-level talents through the mode of industry-university-research cooperation.In this paper,the status quo of the research on industry-university-research cooperation and high-level talents at home and abroad is sorted out,and the related concepts and basic theories of high-level talents,industry-university-research cooperation,human resource development;and incentive theory are introduced.This paper analyzes the current situation of cultivating high-level talents in DQ talent academy based on the training system in the academy and the main training index,surveys the high-level personnel and employees in DQ talent academy using questionnaire,and finds several problems that DQ talent academy has at this stage through the survey,including that the goal of cultivation is not clear,procedures in cultivation are uncoordinated,resources of cultivation are insufficient,the ability of the manager team should be improved,etc.And the root cause of the problems,which is the system of high-level talents training is not complete,is derived through further analysis.All the work provides basis for building the industry-university-research integrated system of high-level talents training in DQ talent academy.Combined with the situation of the development of DQ talent academy,the high-level talent training system with the“trinity” of industry,university,and research is established,including the significance ofconstruction,training objectives,main contents,collaborative methods;and management evaluation methods.Finally,the paper proposes the guarantee measures for the industry-university-research integrated system of high-level personnel training in DQ talent academy based on the four aspects which are policy guarantee,organizational guarantee,hardware guarantee and technical guarantee.
