As a treasure of Chinese traditional culture,Tai Chi keeps on advancing with the times and gradually develops toward the diversification of fitness,performance and competition.Among them,the dramatically rapid development of competitive Tai Chi has gradually come to the world stage and has been recognized worldwide as well as has made a great contribution to Chinese culture communication.However,with the development and needs of the times,competitive martial arts develops toward a “higher,more difficult,more beautiful,newer and more distinctive " direction,so does competitive Tai Chi.In order to get victory in the brutal athletic competition,athletes must have a high level of competitive ability,whereas the good physical quality can strong guarantee to improve the athlete's athletic ability,improving the athlete's action quality and difficulty of action success rate,increasing the performance of routines,but also reducing the occurrence of sports injuries and extending the athlete's sports life.Therefore,the quality associated with physical fitness of the athletes in the world is regarded as the main factors for selection,competition and sports life.Only focusing on physical fitness exercise can achieve a multiplier effect.This study takes a number of indicators of physical fitness of excellent tai Chi athletes as subject,by taking the general physical quality and special physical quality into account,combining the characteristics of competitive Tai Chi,these indicators were measured and screened,evaluated and studied,thus develop a comprehensive rating scale of physical fitness of elite Tai Chi athletes by using multiple scoring methods.It is of theoretical and practical significance for the coaches and athletes to scientifically quantitative physical training,to promote physical fitness gains,and to provide reference for the diagnosis and selection of martial arts,as well as for the development and training of competitive martial arts1.On the basis of the literature materials,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,analytic hierarchy process,a variety of scoring methods combined with the characteristics of competitive Tai Chi,this article selected a number of physical fitness indicators after optimized choosing,calculated and evaluated each indicators through using the methods of standard score,T score,percentage method and progressive scoring method and established the scoring model to calculate each weight of Tai Chi athletes' physical quality indicators by AHP.2.Applying the principle of measurement and evaluation to establish the evaluation system of excellent Tai Chi athletes' physical fitness quality.Strength factor includes vertical jump,three-step leapfrog,tuck hang,squat with weight,single leg squat,and flat support;balance factor has double legs on the Swiss ball,single leg on the balance ball,the difficulty of balance ability(success rate)and single-leg balance with closed eyes);flexible factor includes parallel split,leg stretch,shoulder circuit and ankle flexibility(barefoot squat 30 seconds / 1 min);endurance factor has horse-riding steps against wall,1500-meter run and spud leg;speed factor includes 100-meter run,400-meter run and 30-meter run.In total,there are 5 categories,20 indicators,but through the optimization of indicators,finally five categories of 15 indicators remained.3.Seen from the process and empirical study on the evaluation system of physical fitness of excellent Tai Chi athletes,it is found that the factors of balance and flexibility are notably important ones of Tai Chi,while strength factor is also an indispensable indicator.The contribution rate of flexibility factor is greater than the speed factor,but the speed factor is also indispensable.4.It is not only to establish the monitoring and evaluation system of Chinese Tai Chi athletes' physical fitness quality,but also to scientifically guide the physical training of the athletes,more importantly,by selection of the Tai Chi athletes' physical quality indicators and using the method of AHP to calculate the weight of each indicator to reduce the qualitative evaluation of the supervisors and make use of the scientific quantitative evaluation.Therefore,it is possible to make the training methods more scientific and achieve the multiplier effect of prolonging the sports life of talented athletes.5,Track and Field Physical Fitness Score Table and Calculation of Training Methods came out to develop a quantitative scoring table,which is not only the predecessors' wisdom of scientific research,but also make sure the evaluation standard of the individual scale.So the athletes of different projects at different levels are registered in the same platform,and Tai Chi physical fitness quality score table in this project tries to achieve this effect by coping with 15 indicators of 5 categories in statistics methods so as to facilitate the scientific selection and play a certain role in quantitative scoring table.
