The higher education nowadays has been internationalized and the universities' struggle for the existence has been becoming more and more intense. The core of the competition lies in the quality of the teaching. The high quality of teaching is the lifeline of the universities. It is one of the most important conditions for the dynamic management of the universities. It also guarantees the realization of the scientific management. The universities will be eliminated by the society if they do not solve the problem of the teaching quality. So it is significant to evaluate the teaching quality of the teacher in the universities and establish fair teaching appraisal system.The essay is based on the previous researches, using the research technique, which combines three kinds of classics quality synthetic evaluation method to evaluate the quality of teaching appraisal of the university teacher. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a kind of multi-criterion decision-making analytic method, which unifies with the quota, has been widespread applied to each kind of type question decision analysis. First of all, improving the traditional AHP, we introduce its principle, thinking and the steps of evaluation, and compare their algorithms. And using the improvement AHP to determine each appraisal target and weight. Judgment matrix is more consistency, and the weight is more similar and objective and reasonable with the actual situation. At the same time, traditional scaling and the test of consistency about judgment matrix can be solved. Therefore it is reasonable to improve the AHP, and can be used for the index weight determination of teacher's evaluation. Also as a result of appraisal target uncertainty, introducing fuzzy judgment method into the system of quality of teaching appraisal. We establish a FAHP, the conclusion from the examples is consistent with the actual, and mathematical model is simple and easy to grasp. Finally the pessimistic interrelatedness analytic method has been carried on to the teaching quality of the teachers, establishing one kind of fuzzy level connection appraisal model. It is applied in the evaluation of university teachers about teaching quality, the example which evaluates teaching quality with the improved AHP and grey correlation comprehensively proves that the mathematical model is simple and easy to grasp, and it is practicable to accept, also facilitates the promotion. It has been proved that the teaching assessment system established by the paper is practicable. The mathematical model is simple and easy to grasp. It is practical and feasible. The model and the algorithm is strict logical reasoning and it has the strong mathematics basis. It has provided a new method for quality of teaching appraisal of the university teacher.
