Academic education and non-academic education as the two main forms of education,has been bearing the teaching and educating people,training the country for the important task of talent.As the majority of the population of China's farmers,their scientific and cultural quality is the lowest among the people,in order to enhance the scientific and cultural quality of farmers,we need to start from academic education and non-academic education,as the two main ways to To study how to improve the farmers' scientific and cultural quality.Academic education and non-academic education are two very broad concepts,contains a lot of elements.Experts and scholars have a long study of the two elements,and also have extensive research on their elements and contents.However,what factors are closely related to the improvement of the farmers' scientific and cultural quality,and there is no research at present.At present,the whole country is trying to build a well-off society in an all-round way,so it is urgent for the peasants to get rid of poverty,and education is the first to get rid of poverty.Therefore,I think it is very necessary to closely relate the elements in academic education and non-diploma education.The key elements to improve the quality of science and technology of farmers is what the mechanism;academic education and non-degree education through the integration of development to enhance the quality of farmers and other issues of scientific and technological quality in-depth empirical study.In order to study more accurately the relationship between academic education,nondiploma education and upgrading the scientific and cultural quality of farmers,this paper first explores the relationship between the three areas through the exploratory case analysis,in-depth analysis of the actual situation in the three regions trend.This paper puts forward the hypothesis and research model of this paper,and uses the SPSS and AMOS statistical tools through data searching,questionnaire sampling and household survey to analyze the reasonableness of curriculum setting in academic education,The level of teachers,the completeness of learning support service,the professional practicability of non-diploma education,the flexibility of teaching methods and the degree of conversion between academic education and non-diploma educational achievement are analyzed statistically and scientifically.The results show that the rationality of curriculum setting,the level of teachers and professional practicability in non-diploma education,the flexibility of teaching methods have a significant positive impact on the upgrading of farmers' scientific and technical cultural quality.The results of academic education and non-diploma education The degree of farmers to enhance the quality of science and technology culture has a significant positive impact.Therefore,we can draw a rational curriculum of academic education,a high level of teachers,non-academic education content of the practicality and flexibility of teaching methods and academic education and non-academic education,the degree of conversion of learning outcomes to enhance the farmers' science and technology culture The quality of a significant role in promoting future farmer education should focus on these aspects from the start teaching and research.
