Fengqing is located in southwest Yunnan Province, farmers training empirical research can not only to provide a reference response training for local farmers, to improve the overall quality of the local farmers, to provide intellectual support for the local characteristics of agricultural economy, but also outreach its training to Yunnan many similar multi-ethnic mixed agricultural county.This article first defines the concept of Farmers, New Farmers and The Science and Technology Training of Farmers. New Farmers, is distinguished from traditional farmers, living in rural areas for a long time, with a certain quality, learning ability and the ability to accept new things, engaging in modern agricultural production, agricultural operations, agricultural service and with market concept. Secondly, according to the theory of rural education, human capital theory, supply and demand equilibrium theory, actual research data, analysis of the Fengqing farmers training status and problems, and the analysis software SPSS, effectiveness in-depth analysis the factors of impacting the science and technology training of farmers. Finally, there are specific measures, it is recommended.In this paper, the following conclusions:The science and technology training of new farmers has been carried a few years, the farmers has seen the benefits of training, and with highly enthusiasm; government plays a dominant position throughout the training process; prominent characteristics of the local industry; traditional training methods is the mainstream; training achievement is clear. Meanwhile, due to the dislocation of the training object, the training content, the training methods and other issues, the science and technology training of farmers show the supply and demand imbalances, the training effect should be improved. Supply and demand imbalances of farmer training is reflected not only in the structure but also in the total. The total supply of training is a serious shortage, then, the science and technology training of farmers is lack of continuity, the low participation rate, the continuous, systematic training needs of the majority of farmers are difficult to meet.Based on the above studies, this paper proposes the following suggestions:enhance the training legislation to build the legal system of the farmer training; increase investment, establish the multi-supply mechanism for the training of farmers; stimulate demand, and enhance the enthusiasm of the farmers participating in the training in backward areas; establish a routine mechanism of training needs analysis; advocacy project management, and standardize the training processes. |
