Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Campus Football In Primary And Secondary Schools In Jiangxi

This paper studies the current situation of campus football in primary and secondary schools in Jiangxi province by means of literature,expert interview,field observation,logic analysis and mathematical statistics,based on the guidance of domestic football policy,and analyzes the current situation of campus football’s implementation in primary and secondary schools from five aspects of campus football expenditure,site,football teacher allocation,competition situation and method of teaching,taking campus football’s characteristic school as an example,and researches how to supplement the capital source channels and site facility for campus football activities,set up a campus football competition system matching Jiangxi Province,and reform teaching mode.The Conclusion is as follows:1.Adequate fund is the precondition of implementing campus football activities.Expenditure shortage is the major issue of restricting the campus football’s development.As Jiangxi Province is underdeveloped area,assembling social fund will be the strong supplement of government fiscal appropriation.2.Campus Football’s Characteristic Schools in Jiangxi have achieved a result that every school has owned football field.However,the quantity of football fields in most schools are not enough and the quality of football fields in part schools are not good.We need to not only reinforce field construction,but also enhance the field utilization rate and take full advantage of social and colleges’ field to relieve the resource shortage.3.Shortage of professional football teachers constrains the implementation of campus football activities in primary and secondary schools in Jiangxi Province.Establishing the in Local-College’s type of cooperation is the channel to expand teacher resource.Establishing reaction type of teacher training system is a way to improve teacher training effects.Enhancing football teacher’s welfare treatment is an important paths of football faculty construction.4.The campus football Level-4 competition system has been established initially in Jiangxi Province.However,a good deal of issues still exist,such as the competition schedule still lace of reasonability,rules are still not quite professional,“Utilitarianism” and so on.Perfecting competition management system,setting up a scientific,reasonable and wide campus football competition system focusing on selection,and constituting all levels competition assessment method and evaluation system will facilitate the propagandizing and implementation of campus football activities.5.There is a big gap on teaching method and concept between china and advanced countries.Reforming traditional teaching mode and learning advanced method is the key factor to tamp the football talents’ selection foundation and accelerate football talents’ cultivation.
