From the earliest China anthology of poetry,people also can be a valid.Book of Songs people work,which is in China long appeared for the first time in the history of culture since ancient times.In 2017,when the nineteen great success of the party was convened,the Chinese government formally revised the demand part of the major social contradictions to the growing demand for better life.The people's yearning for and pursuit of a good family life is the goal of the party and the government to practice the socialist practice.The same year,the people's daily published in "five years" temper endeavor,the article elaborated to let all the people live and work in peace,stable employment is the foundation.Since 2013,the number of new jobs in urban China has been maintained at around 13 million per year,and the emergence of new economic forms has provided more new jobs for laborers.The stability of laborers' employment can not only ensure workers get stable income reward,satisfy basic life consumption,but also enable them to integrate effectively into all aspects of urban economy,culture and society.Stable employment is an important basic guarantee for every worker to adapt and integrate into urban life.This guarantee will affect the harmonious development of society,affect the allocation of labor market resources,and also affect the whole process of urban rural integration.According to the Chinese human resources development report in 2017,the employment stability of China's overall labor market is not strong at present.Due to the constraints of many factors,such as household registration system and social resources,even though these workers achieve stable employment,they do not feel the improvement of family income and happiness.In other words,this is a stable job of low family welfare.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the factors affecting the stability of labor employment and the welfare effect of the family.This paper focuses on the analysis of factors affecting the stability of employment of the labor force,to explore the relationship between the employment stability and family welfare effects,and to investigate the form of questionnaires and interviews,understand Nanchang city staff occupation flow and employment status and other aspects of the situation,collect samples and establish a database.First conduct the screening and processing of the data,through the use of descriptive statistical analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,structural equation model,constructed a structural model of factors and family welfare effects of labor employment stability,and then from the three aspects of public service satisfaction,social capital,occupation environment satisfaction,study the factors that influence the stability of employment of labor force finally,the empirical analysis of family welfare effects of labor employment stability.This thesis takes AMOS23 software to calculate the corresponding covariance matrix,finally analyzed the stability of employment of workers is affected by many factors,among which social capital is the most important factor,followed by the occupation satisfaction,finally the satisfaction of public service;at the same time the employment stability of labor is higher,so the family welfare effect will be higher.Put forward countermeasures and suggestions: one is to pay attention to the problem of stability of labor employment,the two is to enhance the social capital and create a good social environment,the three is to improve the public service system and strengthen the resources and information exchange,the four is to enhance the personal occupation ability,improve the construction of service-oriented government.
