| As an important part of learning motivation,expectancy of learning is closely related not only to the students’ psychological development and interpersonal communication,but also to personnel training and social development.However,in reality,the fierce competition in education and education investment with high cost and high risk is increasing parental education anxiety,as well as increasing their fear of failure in education and the students’ expectancies,the anxiety and expectancy of students who are mapped to potentially enhance the achievement of education,the anxiety,followed by some of the students learning expectancies easily make education planning target in the phenomenon of parents.So,does this phenomenon have a positive significance for the growth of students? As a senior high school student,who is most directly faced with exam oriented education and theoretically has the highest expectancy of external learning,can their learning expectancy be truly respected and satisfied? Is it possible for high school students’ learning expectancies and satisfaction to play a positive role in their learning processes and outcomes? These questions are worth thinking deeply.These problems are worth considering in the field of education,but are often overlooked.The answers to these questions are not only related to the autonomy and continuity of students’ learning,but also related to the development of students’ confidence and strong quality.It also affects the harmonious relationship between the students and their parents and teachers,and also leads to the formation of the students’ outlook on world,life and values.This research focuses on whether the expectancy of senior high school students is respected by parents or teachers.On the basis of respect view,this study,on the one hand,from the unity of respect to subjectivity and objectivity,examines the necessary premise of respect for high school students’ learning expectancies.In other words,whether parents and teachers pay attention to or understand high school students’ learning expectancies.Next is the unity of cognition,emotion and behavior from respect to respect,to investigate the subjective cognition of high school students,parents and teachers on the students’ learning expectancy respect,and to explore whether parents and teachers have the situation of controlling and interfering high school students’ learning expectancies.In this study,I take high school students in M District S city as an example,in order to advance research based on the survey of M District S city high school students,parents and teachers,learning expectancy and status of high school students,parents and teachers on their learning expectancy,to explore the similarities and differences between parents and teachers on student learning expectancies the students and their learning expectancy,analysis of high school students learning expectancy respected and their causes and possible consequences at the same time,in order to promote ideas on students’ learning to be respected.The study found that for high school students,they have basically formed inner self-learning expectancies,but still remain confused about the future development of learning.There is consistency between the adult groups and students on learning expectancies toward grade,among which high school students and parents in education advice is more consistent,showing a higher level.To a certain extent high school student groups on the entrance of the expected value is higher than the parent group,and two of them are seeking the ideal level of ideological quality and practical level more development the difference between results and re-education.There is a great consistency between parents’ learning expectancy and teachers’ learning expectancies.All of the two support their training on extracurricular interests based on their academic records.We need to pay attention to the importance of parents group for students’ academic achievement.Even though the vast majority of both parents and teachers say they hope the students learn a basic understanding and respect,but the first grade of social psychology,the depth of soul,lack of communication,students’ naive adult eye forcing adult authority and confidence exist defects such as the existence of personality,the expectancies of the adult population the students respect only stay at the surface of "understanding",resulting in a lack of understanding of the connection between high school students and adult groups,intervention frequency,and the disequilibrium and inadequately state of the allocation of educational resources thus easily affect high school students’ learning motivation and learning interest,which can also cause damage to the students’ personality and psychological quality.It will also establish a good parent-child relationship on the relationship between students and teachers obstacle.In this regard,it is suggested to enter the life world of high school students and earnestly respect their master status in learning so that they will form a understanding and identification of expectancy of learning in common participation,common practice and effective communication.Vigorously developing education and promoting balanced allocation of educational resources is also a good thought.It is beneficial to change trend of achievement-centered and form and realize multiple learning expectancies.What’s more,family education guidance courses are generally set up to enhance parents’ sense of respect and guidance.At last,high school career guidance must be established to improve the ability of career choice and capacity for responsibility of senior high school students,which improving the scientificity and feasibility of students’ learning expectancy and laying the foundation for forming and being understanding of their expectancy of learning. |
