The principle is the core factor in the development of school education.His school philosophy,leadership ability and management ability are decisive factors in the development of school.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the principle's professional development level.The training of principal is considered to be an important path for the professional development of principal.Various countries and regions have adopted corresponding policies and measures to ensure the implementation of training,including the enrichment and transformation of training course.The principal training course is the core of the principal training.The research on headmaster training course is consistent with the education reform and development,meet the requirements of national policy development,and is also an important measure for principals' professional development.Specific to the regional level,the training course should be more targeted to meet the development needs of local principal and to design a more "grounding" training course.This study selected Area B of Shenzhen as a case and conducted the top-down design conception in the design of training course.On the basis of a comprehensive use of research methods such as questionnaire,interview and case study,this paper make a thorough understanding of the education development in B District,the current status of principal,problems in the development of training courses,and the needs of principal.Based on the above findings,combined with other achievements of the training course,the top-down design is used to guide the development of the principal,and the overall construction and advancement of ideas are carried out.In the entire curriculum design,the curriculum system is divided into three systems.Firstly is the concept and target system.This system is the “top level” in the top-level design,which runs through the training course and guides the construction of this system.Secondly is the curriculum structure system,which contains variety course contents and goals to implementation the training curriculum.Thirdly is course support system,provide manual labour,material resource and financial resource to ensure the construction and implementation of training course.The coordinated operation of this three-level system ensures the implementation of the curriculum concept of “educationist headmaters”.Rethinking the entire research process,this study has the following deficiencies.Firstly,the depth of questionnaire and interview is still lacking.Secondly,the lack of information and personal ability and energy limited,resulting in a lack of content in the curriculum structure.Thirdly,the lag of the training effect,we cannot verify the effectiveness of the training course immdiately.Afterwards,the top-level design of the principal's training course can be further studied from the following aspects.Firstly,have a more depth investigation,make the principal training course match with the future development and construction of the principal team.Secondly,classify the construction of the principal's training course structure,discuss the formal structure,substantive structure and time structure,to improve the structure of the principal's training course.Thirdly,follow-up the implementation of the principal training course,revised and improved the training course design.
