The principal is the purveyor,practitioner and leader,the core and key of school education,the teacher of teachers,the "soul" of the school,the "lifeblood" of the school,the style of work,the success or failure is often directly related to the The success or failure in their work is often directly related to the rise or fall of the school's education.The principal's philosophy of school management matters the survival and development of the school,facing the theoretical and practical issues for whom,what and how to foster talent,and the principal's own growth status has an influential leading role in the growth of teachers,school education reform and the growth of students' life.The Principal's Studio is one of the important platforms for training,cultivating prominent principals and promoting teachers' professional development,therefore,the construction of regional research and study community of prominent principals' studio is especially significant.The regional research and study community of principal studio,not a simple superposition of multiple principals and teachers,but with organization,discipline,rules and regulations,and shared vision,with sharing,cooperation and development as the core spirit and professional ideals as the link,in order to promote continuous practice,reflection and learning among members of the regional research and study community.Everyone is equal and encouraged to express their own views,share their thoughts and ideas,as well as listen to each other and think carefully.Each exchange and discussion is a stimulation of ideas and reflection,insisting on multiple links such as "learning — practice — research —reflection" and dynamic follow-up and adjustment of the research and study process.The regional research and study community of prominent principals' studio is based on practice,learning and refining theories to guide practice,continuously investing community wisdom in practice,establishing a research and study community based on the principles of homogeneous promotion and heterogeneous complementation.The purpose of the mechanism is to achieve a common vision and promote the common development of students,teachers,principals,and schools in order to promote balanced,high-quality,and equitable development of regional education.In this thesis,the D Principal's Studio at the high school level in Guizhou Province was selected as a case study,through the investigation of the case study,we went into the case school,participated in observations and interviews,obtained a large amount of rich first-hand information,studied,summarized,organized and analyzed the information,and deeply explored the research value of the case study.The construction of the regional training community of D principals' studio,we mainly went through the establishment stage of the studio,creating the necessary conditions,gathering the research team and determining the research theme,guiding the development of the work,integrating the internal and external resources of the "two rooms" and innovating the way of leading and demonstrating,exploring the construction plan of the resource base for the professional development of all teachers.The five stages are to explore the mode of self-growth and to develop the characteristics of "three lessons".Through the combing of the studio formation and operation process,the training activities are in the form of the same class,promoting development,learning under the post,enlightenment,educational assistance,and the common dream,etc.The research and study activities are used as a carrier to strengthen the foundation in the development of self and group development in the sharing of resources,assume responsibility in the fight against poverty,radiation in the team building,improve the quality in the training reflection and build the research and study community of the prominent principal studio.To analyze the operation mechanism of the workshop for principals in the context of community,construct a theoretical model of training community and propose pathways for reflection through analysis.The final refinement of the path of building a regional research and study community of prominent principals' studios.The first is to make full use of the education administration department to coordinate and promote.The essential connotation of the duties of the education administration is to serve education,and the education administration has the responsibility to serve the development of schools.The effective implementation hardware and software to help the construction of the training community.Thirdly,efforts are made to stimulate teachers' pursuit of excellence in professional development.Respecting teachers' subjects and considering individual heterogeneity,focusing on the learning process by paying attention to the training results,and accumulating practical wisdom to pursue excellence in development.Fourthly,we insist on practicing the democratic and collaborative cooperation of the training community.We agree on the goals to reach a common vision,cooperate in learning to facilitate the practice of joint research,and build a platform to promote interactive sharing.
