Research On Social Workers' Professional Autonomy In Community Party And Group Service Center

The research of social work autonomy is of great importance in the field of social work.The professional autonomy of social workers is the key element to decide whether or not the major of social work is independent.The development of social work is centered on "people".Under the framework of social governance,the support of the government and the improvement of the professionalism of social work are the inevitable trend of the whole social environment.In the policy background,this paper combined with the actual Shenzhen City,with a social party service center as an example,using case study and field research methods,using the social questionnaire and interview outline tool of data collection,SPSS statistical analysis method and descriptive method of data for research in the field of community service of professional social workers the level of understanding of social workers in the existing policy under the background of professional autonomy development content,status,the creative construction of social work professional autonomy assessment tools,namely social work professional environment measuring instrument and the social workers' professional independent participation practice measurement table,drawn from the social work professional autonomy environment has great influence on the social workers' professional autonomy,social workers professional autonomy,social workers weak post project weak in the community party service center professional autonomy,community social workers professional autonomy,community social workers are faced with the lack of professional service space,the lack of professional autonomy dilemma,at the same time,it is also found that the social workers themselves are lack of professional autonomy and lack of professional autonomy.Suggestions are put forward to improve the professional autonomy of social workers in party and community service centers,so as to promote the professional autonomy of social workers.
