Practice Of Social Work Intervening In Community Party Group

With the rapid change of social structure and the change of people's values,the objects of mass work become more complicated and diversified.Mass work with the traditional mobilization and education of the masses as the basic requirements is difficult to be effective.As a demand-oriented professional activity,social work emphasizes the humanized service function and makes and implements service plans according to the different needs of service objects.It is highly consistent with community party and mass work in terms of value concept,service objects and working methods.In recent years,some cities with earlier social work development are also exploring the combination of community-level party building and social work,and have achieved certain results.This paper takes the D community in Changsha as the research object,through the questionnaire,interview,consulting the data to understand the community party group work present situation and the community residents demand at present.D community community Party Community Service Center as the carrier to carry out community Party and Mass Work,the professional advantages of social work and the Party's political advantages are highly combined to promote the development of social work based on the Party's “mass work”.In addition,the article analyzes the feasibility of embedding social work into the work of the Party and the masses from the mutuality and complementarity of the two,discusses the classic cases in the work of the Community Partyand the masses,and makes a summary and reflection.Secondly,according to the status of social work practice,the effectiveness of social work embedded in the work of community Party groups is expounded from five aspects: community residents,grass-roots Party organizations,community,social organizations and society.At last,the author put forward some suggestions on the rationalization of social work embedded in the community party and mass work,and found that,It is feasible to apply the concept and method of social work in community party and group work,which meets the needs of community residents,improves the service ability of party members,promotes the development of community party and mass work,and effectively widens the field of social work.
