Research On The Improvement Of The Service Ability Of Community Party Members Through Group Work Interventio

Community party members as members of Community Party organizations,it is the propagandist of the party and the country's line,principle and policy in the community,the main participant of the community's public affairs and political life,the representative of the fundamental interests of the community residents,and the leader of the Community Party organization serving the masses.For the community,the key to improve the service level of the Community Party organization and build the high-quality service-oriented Community Party organization is to improve the service ability of the community party members.Social work,as a demand-oriented professional helping discipline,has certain advantages in the promotion of individual and group abilities,and uses the professional methods of social work to carry out practical intervention for community party members,to make full use of the resources in their hands is conducive to further tap their potential,targeted to meet the needs of community party members,to achieve the goal of improving the capacity of community party members.Based on the field research of w community in Changchun,this paper finds out the following deficiencies in the service ability of the party members: lack of service confidence;lack of service skills;single service model.Aiming at the above problems,under the guidance of the superiority perspective theory,the social learning theory and the social interaction theory,this paper uses the professional method of group work,according to the needs of the community party members,designs and carries out group activities seven times,from excavating the advantages of the party members in the community,promoting the self-confidence of the party members in the community;guiding the party members in the community to learn professional service skills and service methods;and then moving into households to carry out progressive activities to serve the people at different levels,to help community party members enhance service confidence,improve service skills,innovative service methods,so as to achieve the group goal of improving service capacity.In the latter part of the group,the author conducted a process evaluation and effectiveness evaluation of the implementation of the practice,and through the satisfaction of the group members and the achievement of the group's goals,to test the applicability and scientificity of social work methods and theories in improving the service ability of community party members.Finally,this paper sums up and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of group work in the process of improving the service ability of community party members.This group work can be targeted to improve the service capacity of community party members,at the same time,the application of group work methods in the party and the masses,extending the field of social work services.However,the group work can not track the service,the service effect has certain timeliness;the group pays more attention to the group member's superiority,lacks regarding the group member's own question attention;the social worker social work method comprehensive utilization ability is insufficient.In order to ensure the improvement of the service ability of the party members in the community and make up for the deficiency of the group work,this paper puts forward that the service consciousness of the party members in the community can be improved by strengthening the education and training of the party members in the community,and by training and introducing professional social workers,to ensure lasting and long-lasting service effect;to improve the system and mechanism,and to supervise service quality.In social work,we should optimize the service items in time to improve the service effect,cultivate different types of party members service teams and improve their precision service ability,cultivate and excavate community leaders,and build professional service teams.
