Social work has played a “lubricant” as a solution to social problems and alleviated social conflicts. It has always received strong support from the government in terms of policy and finance, but the turnover rate of social workers remains high.At present, there are widespread "high loss and high flow" phenomena among serving social workers. How to promote the professionalization and professionalization of social work has always been the concern of the academic community, especially in the social mobility of professional workers.Social work is a career with high emotional needs and high pressure.People know very much about the reasons for the departure of social workers, but little is known about the reasons that influence social workers to stick to the industry. This study focuses on the storytellers' life stories and professional careers.Based on the social cognitive occupation theory and the two-factor theory perspective, this research uses qualitative research methods to conduct interviews with four types of social workers with typical occupational mobility in Shenzhen.Using the “whole-content” method to construct and interpret story texts, supplemented by “category-content”,the story is analyzed from three dimensions: personal circumstances, current environment, and motivational achievements.By integrating the life stories of four social workers in professional mobility, the common factors affecting professional mobility will be further explored. While engendering readers' sympathy and providing others with practical examples,it also enables researchers to learn to self-explore from the stories and to reflect on and advise on how social workers can better take professionalism and professionalism. From the stories of the four social workers, the author draws three conclusions: Judging from the personal situation dimension,in addition to the influence of family background, important others, and early education factors, social work professional education and practice have a great influence on their careers.Judging from the current environmental dimension, the three social workers are jointly affected by the autonomy, organizational culture and theatmosphere, and the occurrence of intra-industry flow types of behavior;Factors such as salary, social identity, personal development, etc.affect the social flow of external social workers. At the same time, the four social workers have different views on the salary as a factor of health care.Through analysis,it is found that compensation cannot be used as a health care factor only and they are applied to their professional mobility within the social work industry. It plays a different role in the flow within the industry and outside the industry.
