The society of China is in a transformation period. Meanwhile, the increasing social pressure leads to many problems associated with occupational mobility. In recent years, the emergence of "Job Hoppers" is especially prominent. This social phenomenon results to a new trend of occupation flow patterns. Besides, it has become a valuable research problem of sociology. Normally, the youth vocational flow analysis is the micro mechanism of the study at present in China. However, it is lack of the macro system. This paper is based on the perspective of macro social structure, to explore how social structure factors affect individual career orientation. It is rich and supplement of youth occupation flow study. This paper is guided by the theory of individualization. According to the research object and analysis framework, this paper selects the Interview Method as the main research method.This article analyses from the mentality and the present situation of three stages, which are the job wanted, on-the-job, resignation of individuals. Through the analysis, China is in transition period, and the social structure deeply affects all aspects of the profession. Under the fierce competition of overtime in severe cases, the work intensity is generally high and changing job cost is declining. However, the transformation of society will gradually weaken the original relationship between the individual and professional. With the increasingly market-oriented labour relations, rights and dignity of workers are challenged and more and more atomization. Visibly, the transformation of social structure promoted the occurrence of these situations, and ultimately led to the current "Job Hoppers" phenomenon.Individualization in the occupational activities has appeared and affected the career choices and flow in China. The current professional situation presents the trend of individualization, and this trend will continue. Career of individualized development will bring some benefits to individuals, enterprises and the Labour market. There is also a certain degree of social risk. The different development speed between the demand and the system guarantee may form a kind of "rupture".
