Study On Ideological And Political Education Communication Between College Counselors And Students

Ideological and political education communication between college counselor and student is a kind of social behavior exists in different circumstances on college ideological and political education and management.College counselor use interaction and coordination to realize comprehension and meaning construction with their students by effective voice message and information channel,driven by inner demand of college counselor and their students.Combined with ideological and political education between college teacher and student,ideological and political education between college counselor and student is characterized as equal,interactive and stratified.As the major route of implementing ideological and political education to college students by counselors,the effects conclude interchange,guidance and motivating.‘Questionnaire for communication situation between college counselor and student' which divided into counselor version and student version was been compiled to investigate both sides of ideological and political education.This thesis tries to find out the problems exist in ideological and political education communication between college counselor and student and analyze the deep-seated reasons and investigate real communication scenes and reality by interviewing 12 college counselors besides.According to the research,ideological and political education communication between college counselor and student still has problems,such as deviation of role realization between both sides of communication,neglect on individual emotion of communication contents,take more attention on indoctrination than guidance in communication process,and so on.Research has shown that,reasons which lead to above problems are backward communication concept between both sides,incongruity between communication content and students' reality,counselor's deficiency on professional quality and communication ability.Therefore,in order to enhance the effect of political education communication between college counselor and students,on the one hand counselor need to build concept of communication-based,democracy and equality,be equipped with sound ideology and politics quality and abundant base of knowledge,and master practical and effective communication skills,on the other hand,college students also need to strengthen communication awareness and ability.Thus,effective integration and coupling of several approaches can be realized between political education communication between college counselor and students and ideology and politics courses,college students' daily ideology and politics education,and timeliness and pertinence of college ideology and politics education can be enhanced.
