| Cooperative learning has very important value to improve the social and psychological atmosphere of the classroom, to improve student academic achievement, and to promote students socialization as a learning method which is advocated by a modern educational philosophy. Cooperative learning approach has been used and achieved some results in various disciplines in the new round of curriculum reform. In theory, the application of the learning way of ideological and political classes in senior middle school, can enhance knowledge understanding, train team awareness, promote the Growth of the community and form a correct world outlook to realize the value of the ideological and political course for students. But through literature, classroom observations and interviews, we found that cooperative learning did not achieve the desired effect for ideological and political class in senior middle school. Many scholars have attributed the construction of learning group, cooperative learning use of the blind, weakening the role of teacher-led and student awareness of poor cooperation, and carried out improvements in practice. But the desired results have not yet achieved. The author believes that the reason why cooperative learning has these problems is that the lack of understanding of cooperative learning content, namely the neglect of communication between teacher and student. The communication is a necessary condition for cooperative learning, teacher-student communication is essential to ensure effective cooperative learning. If no teacher-student communication, cooperative learning will be a mere formality. From the perspective of organizational communication, communication between teachers and students in cooperative learning is an organizational communication and the necessary condition for building learning communities. Moreover, cooperative learning ensures achieving the purpose of ideological and political course.Thus, this paper analyzes the teacher-student communication problems and causes and proposes countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of the teacher-student communication using the theory of organizational communication, through document analysis, classroom observation, interviews and other research methods, for the teacher-student communication of cooperative learning in senior middle school politics class. The main idea is as follows.The first part of this thesis analyzes cooperative learning and communication status and gives a clear ideological for the research, that analysis of existing problems and solutions of the teacher-student communication in cooperative learning of ideological and political course from organizational communication views.To better understand the teacher-student communication in cooperative learning, the second part of this thesis firstly gives analysis of the cooperative learning content and for the shortcoming of cooperative learning understanding, cooperative learning communication is made necessary condition; through the analysis of teacher-student communication, we think communication between teachers and students included both interpersonal communication but also contains the organizational communication; and then through the learning organization theory and organizational communication theories analysis, further clarified cooperation learning objectives and the political class value depends on good communication between teachers and students.The third part of this thesis uses classroom observation, interviews and other investigative methods to analyze the problems of teacher-student communication in cooperation learning of ideological and political course. And a comprehensive analysis is given on influence factors of the teacher-student communication of cooperative learning from the elements of organizational communication.For the teacher-student communication problems in cooperative learning, the fourth part of this thesis puts forward communication solutions including forming communicate goals, building an effective communication mechanism, strengthening the sense of organizational communication, optimizing the quality of organizational communication of teacher and students, selecting organizational communication content, improving organizational communication channels, creating organizational culture and improving organizational communication feedback mechanisms.In academic, cooperative learning has been formed a large number of rich results. But it is very small to studies cooperative learning effect for the cooperative learning and communication between teachers and students together. In addition, from the perspective of organizational communication theories, proposes improvement for the communication of teachers and students in cooperative learning of ideological and political course, to some extent make up for lack of research in this field. Thus, the innovative approach of this thesis has a certain value. |
