High-school education stands in the highest level of basic education in China.After entering the 21 st century,with the adjustment of national population policy and the popularization of the national high-school education,the number of high-school students sharply increases,which leads to the uneven structure of school students,the uniform teaching plan has seriously neglected students' individual differences.Therefore,the traditional class system reform is imperative,and the best way to reform is stratified teaching.The high school where the author works puts forward “stratified teaching in rural high school and constructing efficient classrooms”.In this way,students can be divided into three series,which is “Xian” class,“De” class and “Xing” class.Three different levels of classes provide different teaching standards on the basis of different students.The focus of this paper is not to discuss the advantages and disadvantages between different levels,but to discuss in the perspective of stratified teaching,the feelings and effects of Xian class students,and how to manage the Xian class to make it play a greater advantage.This paper uses the methods of literature research,natural observation,investigation and interview,taking A middle school in Yutian County as an example to study the teaching effect,problems and countermeasures of the Xian class students with different class management in the stratified teaching.Xian class is the so-called key class,its students have both the common characteristics of contemporary high-school students,and their own advantages and disadvantages.Based on the questionnaire survey of the Xian class students of A middle school in Yutian County,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the students' learning,which include their own factors(the students' factors)and the external factors(family and school factors),then puts forward the three strategies in the class management of the Xian class,that is,good planning and setting of the class;good home-school co-building and emotional communication;good learning methods and psychological guidance.Through this paper,it is important to teachers and schools to find out the management strategies of the Xian class from the perspective of stratified teaching.
