The development of the times has promoted the great changes in education.From the "cramming" teaching method in 20th century to the current inquiry-based teaching,the new teaching mode has evolved from single large class teaching activities to small class teaching,flipped classroom teaching and hierarchical teaching.The diversification of teaching forms and evaluation have greatly improved the classroom efficiency.However,each step of the change has also brought new problems to frontline teachers.For example,the author's school implemented the walking class system in 2014,and adopted the method of hierarchical teaching for mathematics,physics and chemistry.In this school with no fixed classes,no head teachers,and various courses,students'ideologies has been unprecedentedly liberated,and their self-personality has been fully developed.But how to improve the regular management of class,how to correct the attitude towards learning and how to stimulate students" interest in learning has become a series of difficult problems faced by teachers.Cooperative learning began in the early 1970s in the United States.China also advocated the strategy of "cooperation and competition" after 1990s.Based on the teaching object of post-80s and post-90s,the traditional class teaching mode has achieved initial results.Specifically,students will improve interest,unity and cooperation in the form of "group cooperative learning".But the teaching mode of the walking class system has become unstoppable.Post-OOs has become the main teaching object.After separated from the fixed class,the classmate in every subject are very different.The concept of class has been greatly weakened,students' collective sense of honor is hard to establish,and their self-consciousness is very strong.Teamwork learning between groups has become a teaching method which is designed by teachers and required to be implemented by students,but it's not a method which students is volunteer to participate,which can not achieve satisfactory results.Based on the above situation,the author introduces the "1-to-1 PK competition mechanism" in the hierarchical teaching of physics.This mechanism match the closest learning partners according to the students' normal performance and learning ability of mathematics and physics,and knit each other as learning partner.Setting up the PK incentive project,reward and punishment system in many aspects,such as classroom speech,quality of homework,counseling and correction,then feedbacking the scores of individual student's PK subject every week,it make student thirsty to learn and stimulate their internal driving force.By "competition-cooperation",students can understand the principle of cooperation in the competition and make the best of the both worlds."Competition-cooperation" finally influences the formation of correct values of life gradually.After two years of practical application,it has been proved that introducing competition mechanism into hierarchical teaching in the context of walking class system can improve the efficiency of classroom management,stimulate students' interest in learning,and promote the implementation of hierarchical teaching.This thesis divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background,research significance and research status;The second chapter defines the concepts of walking class system,hierarchical teaching and competition mechanism,and elaborates the theoretical basis of the paper;The third chapter mainly introduces how to effectively introduce competition mechanism into physics hierarchical teaching in junior high school.First,according to the actual work,analyze the advantages and difficulties after the implementation of hierarchical teaching.Then,the introduction principles,the specific implementation and management strategies of”1-to-1 PK competition mechanism" are sorted out and summarized according to the teaching practice,and a set of practical operation schemes which can be referred to are provided;Combining the practice of "1-to-1 PK competition mechanism" in the hierarchical teaching of walking class system,chapter IV feedback the implementation effect of the "1-to-1 PK competition mechanism" from levels of students,classes and parents;Chapter V is about rethink and suggestion.This chapter proposes the need to improve the implementation process of "1-to-1 PK competition mechanism",and expresses the application prospect of the mechanism.
