With the development of programming education,Scratch has been introduced as an optional course in the IT classroom of primary and secondary schools.When the author taught Scratch in Baoding qianweilu primary school,it was found that pupils who studied programming for the first time had programming difficulties in both “reading the program” and “writing the program”.In response to this problem,through analyzing the reasons of programming difficulties,this study analysed and summarized the knowledge system and learning contents in the current Scratch teaching materials.In order to improve the programming capability of pupils,the author developed Scratch learning resources that were to assist teachers or to help pupils learn independently.The learning resources has the following characteristics,first,Scratch learning resources are divided into three modules: prerequisite knowledge,basic knowledge and comprehensive application.Second,this study designs and develops learning resources for different types of modules.According to the teaching practice,compared with the classroom feedback under the traditional teaching mode and the teaching mode using scratch learning resources,it is proved that the scratch learning resources developed in this study can greatly improve the classroom teaching effect.To some extent,it can improve students' autonomous learning ability and cultivate their computational thinking.
