Research On The Employment Of Full-time Master Of Physical Education In The View Of Supply Side Structural Reforms

Recently,the problem of college students'difficulty in employment has aroused widespread concern in the society,and government took measures to promoting the employment of graduate students.However,the particularity of the Full-time Master of Physical Education itself requires some special employment abilities,which also caused the Universities' reflection of training mode of sports talents.China government took a measure named supply side structural reforms to reform and adjust the national economy in the new period.Under the grim situation of employment,Supply side structural reforms provide a new perspective to research the employment situation of graduate students majored in Full-time Master of Physical Education.Knowing the employment trends and employment situations can help these graduate students quickly adjust themselves,precise positioning,according to the needs of society to reflect on their own shortcomings and make improvement,continuously enhance the competitiveness of the employment.Literature study,questionnaire survey,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis are used to analyze the employment situation of graduate students majored in Full-time Master of Physical Education,which graduated in 2015,2016 and 2017.and in the view of Supply side structural reforms,some factors affecting employment of these graduate students are concluded.The results show that current serious employment situation cause the change of employment place from universities to primary schools and secondary school.The affecting factors are be divided into three parts:school factors including curriculum setting,teaching staff,employment guidance and so on,personal factors including the level of sports skill,scientific research level and employ ability,and social factor.Some measures such as cutting excessive capacity,destocking and improving weak links are analyzed and concludes to promote the employment of graduate students majored in Full-time Master of Physical Education.
