"Innovation is the soul of a nation's progress,an inexhaustible motive force for the prosperity of a country,and a source of vitality for a political party." At the eighteen major meetings,the Communist Party of China made a clear plan for the implementation of innovation driven development strategy.At the nineteen conferences that have just fallen to the curtain,the Communist Party of China has also proposed to adhere to the socialist cultural development road with Chinese characteristics and stimulate the vitality of the cultural innovation of the whole nation.It can be seen that the development of national innovative vitality and the cultivation of national innovative talents have become the top priority.Under the background of the rapid development of the knowledge economy and the enthusiasm of the new curriculum reform,the characteristics and advantages of the ideological and political discipline are fully developed.I try to explore the cultivation of the innovative consciousness of the high school students in the field of political discipline.This topic consists of four parts.The first part is the introduction,using the literature research method,mainly expounds the background and significance of this topic,as well as the current research situation of the academic circles at home and abroad.The second part also uses the literature research method to analyze and summarize the relevant research data,and to define and briefly explain the related concepts.These include the connotation of political discipline accomplishment and the connotation and characteristics of innovation consciousness.The third part uses the questionnaire survey to describe the current situation and causes of the cultivation of students' innovative consciousness in the ideological and political classroom.Through the analysis of the questionnaire,the paper summarizes the four problems,such as the problems of teaching methods,the weak consciousness of students' problems,the poor ability of educating the creative talents and the improper standard of teaching assessment.In view of these four problems,the causes are explored,including the influence of traditional teaching ideas,the disadvantages of the examination oriented education,the lag of the innovation of teaching methods and the neglect of the construction of campus culture.The fourth part is a method of combining theory with practice.According to the causes of the problem,the corresponding strategies are put forward according to the quality of the political discipline.It is discussed from four aspects,including the firm political identity,the renewal of the educational teaching concept,the promotion of the scientific spirit,the transformation of the students' learning style,the establishment of the consciousness of rule of law,and the cultivation of innovative teaching.Teachers should adhere to public participation and build a good campus culture.In a word,the research of this topic has practical significance for training high school students' innovative consciousness,and at the same time,it will increase the activity and vividness of high school ideological and political classroom.Secondly,it can also promote the improvement of teachers' innovative teaching level,and play a certain reference role for the cultivation of innovative talents in China.
