It's an important task to combine the nutrition health education with the biology teaching in rural middle school,which purpose is to make the students grow healthily.In November 2011,the "nutrition improvement program" was launched in China.Currently,students in the rural compulsory education stage have a nutritious lunch every day at noon.However,the problem is that the rules of nutrition lunch are not standard enough and the construction of equipment is far behind the needs.such as the importance of food safety and the lack of food nutrition.Rural schools still exist,students' malnutrition is very prominent,the worse is nutrition and professional health education teachers are lacking,the school curriculum resources are scarce,and the nutrition health course is occupied by the examination subjects.In order to promote the body quality of students in poor areas,and to fulfill the responsibilities of a special teacher,the author carries out the empirical research on how to combine the nutrition health education in the biology teaching of middle school.In this paper,the effects of education on osmotic nutrition health were studied by means of literature research,questionnaire survey,data statistics and interview method.Firstly,questionnaires were used to investigate the nutrition health knowledge,nutrition and health attitudes and behaviors of the students.Two parallel classes were selected as the study subjects,one was the experimental group and the other was the control group.In the experimental group,two semesters of osmotic nutrition health education teaching were conducted,mainly using the teaching methods of VIPP teaching method,story teaching method,case teaching method,role playing method and experiential teaching method.We also use the knowledge of nutrition and health knowledge in the textbook to expand the knowledge of nutrition and health,and to further osmotic nutrition health.Combining students' practical knowledge of nutrition and health;For nutrition imbalance students to communicate separately,auxiliary nutrition health.Then,the nutrition health knowledge,nutrition health attitude and behavior of the experimental group and the control group were investigated and analyzed,and the results showed that all aspects were better than the control group.The results also showed that students in the experimental group had a significant improvement in their interest in biology.The students in the experimental group had a better understanding of the biological knowledge of the new study than the control group.This practical study points out the relevant content of education in the biology teaching of middle school and determines the appropriate teaching method.By osmosis nutrition health education to increase the students' nutrition and health knowledge,improve the students' degree of attention to the nutrition and health knowledge,improve the learning interest in biology,the improvement of academic performance also have a significant role in promoting.In the situation of a backwardness in nutrition education of rural middle school,we can promote the "nutrition improvement program" by combine the nutrition healthy education with the biology teaching,in the same time,it can prevents or reduces the bad results such as overweight and malnutrition which is caused by poor students' eating habits during the implementation of the “nutrition improvement program".
