Health is always the focus of social attention.Adolescence is a period of strong physiological and psychological development. It is also a crucial period for laying an important foundation for health. Many health-related behaviors and diseases are started or strengthened during this period. The school's nutrition and health education has a profound impact on the youth's understanding of nutrition and health, improving their nutritional status, changing their unhealthy lifestyle, and ensuring the healthy growth of young people. The development of nutrition and health education in middle schools in our country started relatively late.Biology curriculum is closely related to nutrition and health education and provides unique advantages for nutrition and health education. At present, most studies focus on how biology integrates with nutrition and health education. There is little research on the impact of nutrition and health education on biology teaching. This article took Chongqing D middle school students as the research object. With one semester as the limit, two classes taught by the same biological teacher were selected as experimental samples, and targeted nutrition and health goals were set in the biology teaching of the experimental class,Infiltration of nutrition and health education, regular biology teaching in the control class. Before and after the teaching,a single-factor analysis of variance was conducted through a questionnaire survey. The results showed that: In the choice of breakfast, the number of non-teachers in the two classes before teaching did not differ much, accounting for about 20%,and the experimental class after teaching decreased more than the control class.5 percentage points. After the teaching, the number of people who chose eggs, milk, soy milk and other foods increased significantly. The number of people who chose fried foods had decreased, and the quality of breakfast had improved significantly(P=0.001<0.05).There was no significant difference in the choice of breakfast before and after the control class(P=0.62>0.05).SPSS software was used to analyze students' other dietary behaviors, nutritional health knowledge, learning attitudes, and biological performance. The paired sample T-test results showed that after one semester of biology teaching, students in the experimental class experienced a significant improvement in their bad eating behavior.P=0.000<0.05),nutrition and health knowledge was also better than the control class(P=0.000<0.05),learning attitude towards biology was also more positive(P=0.013<0.05);independent sample T test two classes of organisms Results, biological performance of the experimental class was significantly better than the control class(P=0.016<0.05).The implementation of nutrition and health education in the teaching of biology is an effective way to cultivate students' scientific and reasonable lifestyles. It is also an important way to improve students' interest in learning, initiative and learning. Finally,in combination with the author's teaching practice and teaching experience of infiltrating nutrition and health education in biological teaching,he puts forward suggestions: Penetration of nutrition and health education in biological classroom should closely follow the content of biology textbooks, reasonably allocate teaching time, and complete the teaching objectives specified in the curriculum standards.Appropriate nutrition and health education;nutrition and health education should be combined with the actual life of students,so that nutrition and health knowledge and biological teaching perfect combination;the formation of student behavior and living habits are not formed overnight,so nutrition and health education needs long-term adherence.
