Infiltrating nutrition and health education in junior middle school biology teaching is an important task of biology teaching.The purpose of osmotic nutrition health education is to promote the healthy growth of adolescents and help them metabolize unhealthy living habits.Nutrition is the material basis for human survival and growth,and everything in the world is inseparable from nutrition.Healthy lifestyle and reasonable nutrition supply are the basic principles of people 's longevity and health.This article uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,data statistics method,interview method and so on.Methods to study the effects of osmotic nutrition health education.Taking 212 students from four classes in the first grade of a middle school in Tongliao City as the research object,the questionnaire was first used to investigate the students' nutritional health knowledge,nutritional health attitude and behavior status.According to the current dietary habits of adolescents and the "Guidelines for Health in Primary and Secondary Schools" promulgated by the Ministry of Education,it summarizes the entry points of osmotic nutrition health education in the seventh grade biological volume.Recommend nutrition and health knowledge readings,and communicate with students with nutritional imbalances to penetrate health education.Then infiltrate nutrition and health education to investigate and analyze the students' nutritional health knowledge,nutritional health attitude and behavior.Nutrition and health education has achieved certain results in half a year of practice.Students 'awareness of nutrition knowledge has increased from(56.70% to 91.87%),and the correct rate of nutritional health attitude(from 58.22% to 84.16%)has been greatly improved.Students' interest in learning,analyzing and solving problems The ability has also been improved,which indicates that nutrition education for junior high school students is necessary.However,from the perspective of the formation of nutrition and health behaviors,35.97% before infiltration increased to 58.61%,which has achieved certain results,but it is not obvious.Only increasing nutrition knowledge cannot immediately change health behaviors,and it takes a long time to form health behavi ors.The research results show that it is feasible and effective to penetrate nutrition and health education in junior middle school biology teaching.However,due to the short penetration education time,inadequate teaching experience,differences in student personality and living environment,the research results are relatively insignificant,and the improvement of health behaviors requires long-term efforts.Therefore,it requires the joint efforts of families,schools and society Promote the healthy growth of young people.
