Research On The Legal Consciousness Of Junior School Students

After the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China,China began to comprehensively promote the rule of law.The rule of law requires every citizen to study the law,abide by the law,act as his own standard of conduct,regulate his own behavior,and be able to use legal weapons to defend himself and his country's legitimate rights and interests.Legal consciousness is the general term of people's psychology,opinion system and legal knowledge about the phenomenon of law.Citizens' legal consciousness is of vital importance to the construction of a country ruled.As the builders and successors of the future society,the level of their legal consciousness is related to the construction of the law society.For junior school students,the cultivation of their legal consciousness is aimed at cultivating students' law-abiding and usage.they can become a loyal followers of the rule of law,conscientious followers and staunch defenders.The cultivation of legal consciousness of junior school students is not only beneficial to the healthy growth of junior school students,but also to promote the construction of a country ruled by law.In this paper,the legal consciousness status of junior school students in xiangning county was investigated by means of questionnaire and interview.On the basis of field investigation,mastered about the present situation of junior school students' legal consciousness and analyzed the problems of junior school students' legal consciousness.And puts forward strategies cultivate about legal consciousness.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction of the thesis,mainly elaborates the research background,significance,domestic and foreign research status and innovation points of this thesis.Through the study of literature,the author finds that there is not enough attention on the legal consciousness of junior school students.In addition,the research focuses on theory and the practical research is relatively inadequate.Meanwhile,the author studies the time efficiency of education research by combining theory and practice with junior school students as the object.The second part analyzes the relevant concepts and theories of legal consciousness.The author explains the meaning and structure of the legal consciousness of junior school students.The legal consciousness of junior school students is a reflection of the law of the junior school students,which includes legal knowledge,legal emotion and legal will.At the same time,the author believes that the cultivation of the legal consciousness of junior school students can promote the overall rule of law,deepen the quality of education,and promote the healthy growth of junior school students.The third part,the author analyzed the status quo of the legal consciousness of junior school students in xiangning county.The analysis includes the positive side about the legal consciousness of junior school students.At the same time,points out the legal consciousness of the problem in junior school students,and further analysis the cause of the problem.The problem of the legal consciousness of junior school students is that there is not much understanding of laws and regulations,weak rule of law,poor ability of rights protection,and the problem of inconsistency.There are many reasons for the legal consciousness of junior school students.Mainly include students themselves,schools in the rule of law education problems,the lack of family education,social education security system in the influence of unfavorable factors and the rule of law.The fourth part,the author explores the strategies of cultivating the legal consciousness of junior school students,which is to cultivate the legal consciousness of junior school students by integrating education force and improving the rule of law education.Integrate the rule of law education power from school,family,society,and students.Play the role of education in school,arouse students' enthusiasm,play the basic function of family education,pay attention to the social forces,broaden the rule of law education channel,and form the rule of law education.By constructing the education evaluation system of the rule of law and strengthening the safeguard of rights protection to improve the legal system of education.
