Research On Present Situation Of College Student' Legal Consciousness And Education Countermeasures

Since the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the party and the state put the construction of socialist law system with Chinese characteristics a great priority.The communist party's nineteenth congress report clearly put forward that the overall goal of promoting the rule by law is to build a socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics and build a socialist country ruled by law.In order to comprehensively promote the goal of the rule by law,the foundation of a country ruled by law is the citizens with the awareness of the importance of the law system and the role played by law.Compared to the ordinary citizens,college students' awareness of importance of the rule by law has more direct and profound influence on the construction of the rule by law,so more attention should be paid to them.This study deciphered the relationship between the connotation of college students'awareness of rule by law and the education activities to promote the college students'awareness of rule by law.Combined with the theory of ideology and politics education,sociology and psychology,according to the empirical research results focusing on the college students' awareness of the rule by law,this paper studied the methods of promoting college students' awareness of the rule by law.The full text is divided into five parts.The first part is an overview of college students' awareness of the rule by law.First,deciphered the conception of the rule by law and the relationship between political socialization and the education of rule by law,and then discussed the features of college students' awareness of the rule by law and the formation and developmental stages of college students' law consciousness.The second part expounded the educations of students'awareness of the rule by law.First of all,this paper expounded the meaning and features of college students' consciousness of rule by law,and discussed the importance of the education of college students' awareness of rule of law.In the third part,it was the empirical study of relationship between the situation of college students' awareness of rule by law and the educational methods taken in order to promote the college students' awareness of the rule by law.In order to understand the current status of college students' legal education and real effect,the author carried out a questionnaire investigation which was carried out from December 2015 to January 2016 in Beijing enrolling college students from 10 colleges and universities,this research collected questionnaires focusing on legal knowledges from 874 college students.Analysis of college students' legal knowledge according to different variables such as gender,academic achievement,the teacher-student interaction,the interactions among students,father's education status,mother's education status,political affiliation,cadres and community experience,interests of the news and current affairs and the resources of the legal knowledge.The researcher adopted the single factor analysis of variance(one-way ANOVA)to do the statistical analysis.If the P value reached significant level,then the Scheff s comparison would be done.In the fourth part,according to the results of the analysis of college students' current law consciousness education,by analysis of the experiences of foreign countries,the researcher found out the objectives and principles of educating students' awareness of the rule by law.Then the researcher proposed the training goals of different stages of training and educations.In the fifth part,it was the conclusions.The educations of college students' awareness of the rule of law is the foundation of the construction of the society ruled by law,and colleges and universities must pay attention to the education of college students' awareness of the rule by law.It is hoped that colleges and universities will educate more college students into future structurers having the awareness of the rule by law,and promote the construction of society ruled by law,so that the modernization of the society ruled by law will come soon!...
