Research On The Social Work Involved Of Town Women's Employment

China is the developing country with the largest population in the world,and women account for more than half of the total population and play an important role in social development.However,due to their own physiological characteristics and traditional cultural reasons,who are in a relatively weak position especially in social transformation period of China.Along with the accelerating of industrialization,informatization,urbanization,marketization and internationalization,it makes a new adjustment in the interest pattern,which poses a greater challenge to the women group who were previously relatively disadvantaged.At the same time,the rapid social transformation has caused a large number of women's problems,because of Chinese traditional women's work by the all-China women's federation,single-handedly lack of women's organizations.Women workers focus on macro-social and political work,such as on behalf of the women in political affairs,women's liberation to promote social development.Although it has achieved certain results,there is no denying that ignore the specific needs of women.This paper based on women's employment as the research object in Horqin,Keyouqianqi of Inner Mongolia,which mainly used the field research,through in-depth investigation,collecting first-hand information.At the same time,the integrated use of literature method,observation method,interview method,an investigation into the present state of development women employment in Horqin,that aimed to the specific summary analysis of the local women's employment situation,starting from the field of social work to understand the causes of problems.Based on the professional methods of social work,this paper puts forward to a professional,special and precise development path which is suitable for the social characteristics of women's employment.The author has learned about the research situation of women's social work at China and abroad,the development of China's women's employment situation through looked up the books,the related papers and policydocuments of Chinese social work and women's social work,and combed the social work,social workers,the basic concept of women's social work.At the same time,the research and analysis of women in Horqin,on the one hand,to visit the Horqin women's federation,relevant units,departments and communities in Keyouqianqi in order to master the actual women situation and employment development statistics and related material such as welfare policy;On the other hand,with the help of the staff from the women's federation,the author had a detailed understanding and analysis of women employment development in different categories through observation and interviews.This paper divided into five parts: The introduction part mainly studied the background and social significance of the research and reviewed the predecessors' research which put forward the theoretical basis of the paper and described the research method and showed the whole investigation process.The chapter I introduces the history and status of Horqin,the author realized the social morphology and present situation of Keyouqianqi in the investigation process and combed the overall payrolls of Horqin and the situation of women's employment.The chapter II introduced the current situation of Horqin's women and the problems and causes of their employment.In the case study,the author thinks about the women's employment and summed up its successful experience and inadequacies in Horqin through interviews survey.The chapter III analyses the difficulties of women in employment development in the perspective of professional social work,and to make a study on professional path of women's employment and putted forward a training programs,which was adapted the characteristics of the local women's employment.Relying on the women's federation and local community,it complemented the development path of specialization,specialization and precision of women's employment development.The part of "summary" mainly reviews the general situation of womenin Horqin town in employment,the main problems,as well as the preliminary understanding and countermeasures from the perspective of social work,suggestions.
