Research On The Employment Practice Of Rural Landless Women From The Perspective Of Gender

Rural landless women are one of the service objects of women's social work.It is an innovative attempt of social work practice to observe,understand,analyze and study the employment service of rural landless women in the context of poverty alleviation from the perspective of gender.Based on the investigation of rural landless women's employment in Z community of Anshun City,this paper designs a series of group employment service activities for this group by using professional group social work method,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the employment situation of rural landless women,aiming to help rural landless women establish gender equality awareness,improve their ability of self employment planning and employment skills,so as to provide reference for rural landless women Their groups expand social support network to help them get employment as soon as possible,and they can "move and live stably" in Z community.At present,the employment rate of rural landless women is low.From the perspective of social gender,we can know the employment dilemma of this group and the main reasons are as follows: the economic dilemma of employment caused by gender discrimination,the inferiority complex and contradictory psychology caused by traditional gender concept,the weak social support network caused by gender differences,and the employment role dilemma caused by gender cultural stereotype.Combined with the above difficulties,we design targeted group employment service activities to bring certain effect for its group employment service.This paper puts forward three measures to improve the employment service of rural landless women: first,the suggestions of social work practice intervention in the employment service of rural landless women: paying attention to the theoretical basis,guiding the development of employment service for rural landless women;building a "bridge" for rural landless women to enhance their awareness of gender equality;assisting rural landless women to integrate available employment support resources.Second,the government's suggestions: encourage and support rural landless women to participate in social production activities,improve the quality of employment;pay attention to the role of social work professional services for rural landless women employment.Third,suggestions for rural landless women themselves: breaking the shackles of traditional ideas and understanding self-worth;rural landless women need to play their individual initiative and enthusiasm to achieve flexible employment.
