With the background of "Internet +",as an effective evaluation measure for teachers in class,the college students online rating always plays a non-negligible role in the university.On the one hand,the rapid development of information technology provides an effective and convenient teaching evaluation platform for students' evaluation of teaching activities,it can effectively improve the insufficient of traditional paper evaluation activities,such as simple content,unitary subject,insufficient after-evaluation,etc.,On the other hand,the participation rate of online evaluation of teaching is high and it can cover a wide range with low cost as well as giving a timely feedback,it is conducive to multiple information access.With the deepening of the teaching quality reform of higher education in our country,more and more scholars pay attention to the contribution value of students' online evaluation activities in classroom teaching reformation and quality improvement.During the research,they gain many achievements in theory and practice values.However,because of many uncontrollable factors,students online evaluation is in the trouble of "Confidence Crisis",for example,the replacing evaluation,stolen evaluation,malicious negative evaluation occurs frequently,so the values of it is suspected.Therefore,this paper takes B University as an example,analyzes the information acquisition,system construction,process participation and other contents of online evaluation based on the empirical methods of questionnaire survey and interview investigation of B University.Finally,it concludes that there are many practical difficulties,for example,the choice of evaluation subjects is random,the evaluation standard is lack of characteristics,the results of evaluation is difficult to be applied.In view of this,this paper expects to regain the theory and practical values with the construction of College students online rating system for classroom teaching.Firstly,building the evaluation restraint system by the introduction of third-party evaluation;secondly,building dynamic evaluation system by the establishment of open-evaluation system;thirdly,building evaluation punishment system by the publishing of regulations.The assumption re-evaluation for college students online rating of teaching is a reflection about the current situation of collegerating,it will make the online rating to play an important role in the improvement of teaching quality and improvement of relations between students and teachers.
