As an enlightenment stage of education,primary school education bears a heavy responsibility.Primary school is an important stage for cultivating students' basic interest in learning.It is also a stage in which students develop learning habits in their learning careers and even have an important influence on their entire lives.The study of the current situation and the management of students with learning difficulties in primary schools are problems that almost every school encounters in management.Students with learning difficulties are special group in student group.Such students can normally participate in the study or complete the learning task.However,because of their own and other factors,they have a large gap with other students in their ability to learn and cannot fully digest knowledge and complete the work efficiently.They have certain problems in their studies,but as long as they are properly guided,they may be able to transform and become outstanding students.However,in the long-term practice,parents and teachers will give up because of low effectiveness and long time.Therefore,the learning and management issues of those students have always been a problem that the education sector is concerned about.The transformation of students with learning difficulties is the focus of quality education implementation.Teachers need to enhance their understanding of theoretical knowledge in this field in practice.School-based research is the key to strengthening theoretical knowledge in this area.The paper focuses on the current situation and education management strategies of primary school students in the background of school-based teaching research and training.Take A school as example,and literatureresearch,questionnaires,case analysis,and classroom observation methods are applied to this topic.An in-depth study of this topic was conducted.Through the study of the paper,the following points were drawn.(1)Problems in the education and management of students with learning difficulties in a primary school A.The schools place too much emphasis on high scores,neglecting the teaching goals of emotions,attitudes,and values;teachers' professional literacy needs to be improved;student lacks enthusiasm and initiative in learning;classroom discipline management is not in place;and teachers' management methods for students with learning difficulties are inappropriate;The lack of a good family environment conducive to learning.A total of s ix aspects.(2)Strategies for strengthening the management of students with learning difficulties in the background of school-based teaching research and training.Describe in depth from six aspects:increase input of school-based teaching research and training in the management of Students with learning difficulties;Optimize education methods start from the characteristics of students with learning difficulties;improve the methods of education for students with learning difficulties;strive to improve teachers' professional qualities;increase teachers' management ability for students with learning difficulties;strengthen collaborative education in the management of students with learning difficulties.
