In recent years, our researchers on the relationship between Time Management Disposition(TMD) and Achievement Motivation, Learning Burnout has achieved certain results, TMD on Achievement Motivation, has an important influence on the formation of Learning Burnout. TMD as a dynamic personality characteristics of multi dimensions and multi levels, study its operation mechanism and its efficiency is particularly important in today’s society of rapid development. Cultivating the correct time cognition and effective time management ability, can not only meet the needs of social development on college students, but also is the fundamental guarantee for improving personal success, social competence. In this paper, the students of Yanbian University was chosen as the research object, this paper tries to discuss the relationship between TMD, Achievement Motivation and Learning Burnout, and it will have an important reference significance to carry out mental health education to the school, teachers and parents.This study is divided into three parts:the first part is the introduction, research to the related theory of TMD, Achievement Motivation and Learning Burnout, and puts forward the research purpose, significance and hypothesis; the second part is empirical research, through questionnaire for Yanbian University students’ TMD and Achievement Motivation, Learning Burnout status data, using SPSS statistical software for data processing, and analyzed according to the results. The third part is the summary, proposes the research conclusion and suggestions.Through the investigation and conclusions:(1) Students’ TMD of Yanbian University on the whole is relatively good. TMD has significant difference in grade, big score higher than other grades. TMD existence extremely remarkable difference in different professional, liberal arts students scored the highest. Differences of TMD is very significant in location, at or above the county level city had higher scores than rural. TMD in whether there are significant differences on the only child, the only child scored higher than non only child.(2) The Yanbian University students’ Achievement Motivation in the middle and lower level. Achievement Motivation, there are significant differences in grade, a score higher than other grades. There were significant differences in nationality, Han nationality students scored higher than Korean students. There is a significant difference in location, scored higher than other rural.(3) Yanbian University students Learning Burnout. Learning Burnout have significant difference in nationality, Korean students Learning Burnout level is higher than that of the Han students. There is a significant difference in grade, and the two highest Learning Burnout. There are significant differences in different majors, science students than liberal arts students Learning Burnout. There are significant differences in location, the town of students Learning Burnout than at or above the county level city students.(4) There is a very significant correlation between TMD of Yanbian University students, Achievement Motivation and Learning Burnout. Among them, there was very significant positive correlation between Achievement Motivation and TMD. TMD and Learning Burnout is a significant negative correlation. Achievement Motivation had a significant negative correlation with Learning Burnout.(5) Students’TMD Yanbian University matching prediction effect on the Achievement Motivation of Learning Burnout of high prediction effect. Finally, according to the research results and proposes the following suggestions:(1) The cultivation of good time management ability, enhance Achievement Motivation, to prevent the generation of Learning Burnout.(2) Improve the second grade and the third grade students’ability of time management.(3) According to the characteristics of different professional, reasonable arrangements for the course content, to create a good cultural atmosphere, reduce the Learning Burnout.(4)To narrow the gap between urban and rural education, promote the balanced development of education, improve the rural students time management ability, Achievement Motivation, reduce the Learning Burnout.(5) Attention to Korean students’ physical and mental development, improve Achievement Motivation, reduce the Learning Burnout.
