| Xiao Peidong is the youngest Chinese teacher in ZheJiang Province,and he is also the disciple of the famous Chinese teacher Qian Menglong.Qian Menglong’s Chinese education thought is the theory of "three main principles",namely "students as the main body","teacher as the master" and "training as the main thread".On the basis of absorbing and drawing on the thought of Qian Menglong’s Chinese education,Xiao Peidong has innovated and developed the theory of "three main principles" in his own educational practice,and finally creates the thought of reading teaching art called "Xiao Style".His teaching art of reading mainly includes "students as the main body,true to study" Student view,"teachers as the master,deeply shallow to teach" the teacher view,"training as the main thread,practicing routinely" the train view.Learning from famous Chinese teacher,ordinary Chinese teachers can grow better and faster,can learn advanced language education concept,can better grasp the future trend of Chinese education.Through literature study and case analysis,this paper studies Xiao Peidong’s reading teaching art.Mainly includes the following five parts:The first part,the introduction mainly discusses the reason of this article and its research value,research review,research methods,research key difficulties and innovation.The Second part analyzes the background upon which Xiao Peidong’s teaching thought was created,focusing on his own educational experience and the influence of his famous teacher.The third part expounds the art of Xiao Peidong’s reading teaching.This section is the key part among full text.It is carried out from three aspects: "students as the main body,learning earnestly","teachers as the master,teaching integrating profound with simple terms ","training as the main thread,practicing routinely".In the fourth part,the author analyzes how Xiao Peidong’s reading teaching thought in teaching practice was reflected through the example of the book of sand.From the respect of the subject upon students,play a leading teacher view,based on the language of training three aspects of the specific analysis.Finally analyzes the Enlightenment of Xiao Peidong’s reading teaching art to the teachers’ career growth.This whole part was divided into three parts: the text,the students and the teachers.Xiao Peidong’s reading teaching art is the summary of its many years teaching practice experience,through to Xiao Peidong’s classic lesson example carries on the analysis,can understand Xiao Peidong’s unique teaching style.On the basis of deeply analyzing the classical course of Xiao Peidong,the author sums up and refines his teaching art of reading,tries to systematically study the art of reading teaching of Xiao Peidong,hoping to provide a reference for the reading teaching of ordinary Chinese teachers. |
