Xiao Peidong,as a new generation of Chinese special grade teachers,his name is known to more and more Chinese educators,and his teaching is also favored by more and more educators.His practical and intelligent teaching style has not only won the praises of the experienced teachers of the old generation,but also inspired a large number of"problem teachers".Among these "problem teachers",some are trying to explore the course of Chinese teaching,some have lost their way,others have gone astray.On one hand,the author's research on characteristic Chinese teaching of Xiao Peidong is able to make more teachers more deeply and systematically understand his teaching characteristic.As a result,If problems appear during the teaching,they can be corrected in time;On the other hand,the author also wants to summarize the experience of the growth of a famous teacher through his success,so as to provide reference and study,so as to create more excellent teachers and special teachers in China.Based on a lot of related literatures from authority websites,repeated reading Xiao Peidong personal writings and his weblog,we know the background of Xiao Peidong's Chinese teaching characteristics and the formative process of his teaching consists of three periods:confusion,transition and disillusionment.The author also knows the positive influence of his teaching characteristics on teachers,students and teaching.It guarantees the authenticity of teaching.It also helps students to grow healthily and guides teachers to develop effectively.His teaching features are reading,asking and thinking.He teaches in a shallow way,but reads seriously.He not only imports the teaching by reading aloud and tastes the language by reading it aloud,but also almost every text can be done by reading aloud to end the teaching,so his emphasis on reading is evident.He teaches in a shallow way,but asks effectively.He can often design problems wisely?design circuitous problems carefully and question closely on time;He teaches in a shallow way,but thinks deeply.Rigorous conception,agile creativeness and profound reflection are integrated into his every teaching.He is able to become a special teacher at a young age,and he is able to grasp the "root" of language teaching in Chinese teaching.The main reason is that he has extensive reading before his class,traces the source in his class and observes after his class.His every bit of good experience is worth learning every to every teaching workers.The author hopes the research and summary of Xiao Peidong's Chinese teaching characteristics can reach the target of "The rose's in her hand,the flavor in mine".Because it is not only convenient for Chinese teachers,but also benefit from it to the author who is going to be a chinese teacher.
