Problems And Countermeasures In The Development Of City College Of Dongguan University Of Technologyy

The Independent College started in the 90 s of last century.Its market position and development mode are different from ordinary universities and private colleges.Although the state has promulgated the education law of People's Republic of China,the law of higher education in People's Republic of China and the law of the people's Republic of China,it has a relatively perfect management system for private education,but the development of the independent college has been embarrassing,lacking a definite orientation and the property right of the school.Indistinct,school running is not independent,financial management and school running balances are not standardized,which has been troubling the development of independent colleges.In particular,the current state is vigorously promoting the construction of double first class,applied undergraduate colleges and vocational colleges,which makes the development of independent colleges more and more difficult.For more than ten years,the City College of Dongguan University of Technology is a young university,especially in the process of the transformation and development of ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities.There are many new problems to be solved.Especially in the quality of the training of applied talents,many methods need to be tested by time.From the requirements of the development of higher education,whether it is economic development,industrial upgrading,or applied talent demand,it has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the construction of subject specialty in the City College of Dongguan University of Technology and the optimization of the discipline structure.The urban college of Dongguan University of Technology should give full play to the institutional advantages,regional advantages and cooperation advantages,and focus on promoting the better and faster development of the various undertakings of the city college,and speeding up the transformation and development of the applied undergraduate course of the city college.This paper studies the related problems in the development of Urban College of Dongguan University of Technology.Through theoretical analysis,questionnaire survey and model analysis,it is pointed out that the current factors affecting the City College of Dongguan University of Technology are policy making,local economy,personnel training model,teachers team,internal management and education.With the seven aspects of characteristics and financial support,combining the seven aspects as well as the new situation in the development of the City College of Dongguan University of Technology,we find out the shortage of policy formulation,the insufficient service of local economic capacity,the lag of the development of applied talents training mode,the teachers and the management team in the development of Dongguan University of Technology City College.The construction of the army needs to be further strengthened,the structure of the modern university governance system is not perfect,the urban college of Dongguan University of Technology is lack of historical accumulation,and the financial input of the Dongguan University of Technology City College is insufficient,and based on this,it is proposed to increase the supply of policy,enhance the ability to serve the local economy,reform the training mode of talents and strengthen the training mode.We should make recommendations for the construction of teachers and management team,strengthen internal management,innovate educational features,and strengthen budget management.
