Research On Current Situation,problems And Countermeasures Of Public Employment Service For College Students In Changchun

Under the pressure of the employment pressure of college students,public employment services have played an important role in promoting the employment of college students and improving the employment rate of college students.At present,the public employment service in Changchun has alleviated the employment difficulties of college students to some extent,but there are still some problems.It is of great significance to improve the public employment service for university students in Changchun so that they can play a greater role,provide more help and guidance to the graduates,ease the employment pressure on college students,promote the stability of the employment state.This article takes Changchun University students as research object,takes public goods theory and new public management theory as the theoretical basis,uses questionnaire survey and interview method to conduct an empirical investigation,and understands the status quo of the public employment service of college students in Changchun City,and further analyzes the university students in Changchun City.Problems with public employment services.The work of the public employment service for university students in Changchun is specifically reflected in the introduction of relevant service policies,establishment of service agencies and provision of service content.Although some achievements have been made in the employment service of college students in Changchun,some deficiencies are mainly due to insufficient publicity of public employment service policies,inadequate functioning of service organizations,delayed publication of employment information in universities,and a single employment instruction course.The professional quality of employment service personnel in colleges and universities needs to be improved.In order to better improve the public employment service for university students in Changchun,the paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions: optimize policy design,increase policy publicity,give full play to the functions of government public employment service agencies,improve college public employment service information platform,and innovate college employment guidance courses And improve the professional quality of the employment guidance center for university graduates.
