At present,under the new situation of the rapid development of private education and the continuous updating of information technology,the serious problem of low level of teaching management has been exposed,which hinders the sustainable development of private colleges.In the practice and discussion of the development of private education,scholars often attach importance to the construction of teachers and scientific research,and often ignore the role and status of the teaching secretaries as the important force of the teaching management team.For private colleges and universities,the quality of teaching is equally important to the level of teaching management.The level of teaching management in Colleges and universities is an important guarantee for the normal operation of the teaching order and the quality of teaching,which has to arouse the people's thinking.Starting from the current situation of teaching secretaries in private universities,this paper focuses on the construction of teaching secretaries.In order to arouse the attention of private colleges and universities,to create a stable,rational and high-quality teaching secretarial team,the professional development of the teaching secretaries will become the trend and requirement of the deepening and development of the educational reform of private colleges and universities.Teaching secretary team is an important part of teaching management team in private universities.The quality of teaching secretaries is related to the level of school teaching management,and affects the quality of teaching in universities.Based on the vision of improving the quality of the teaching secretaries,this paper makes a specific study on the teaching secretaries of the private colleges and universities from three aspects: the present situation of the teaching secretaries,the main problems and the reasons for the analysis of the main problems.The current situation of teaching secretaries is the current situation of teaching secretaries.The current situation of teaching secretary team includes team structure,management system construction,quality and job training,team development planning and other aspects.From theperspective of education management,the author carried out a survey on the team of teaching secretaries in private colleges and universities,taking 3 private colleges in Guangzhou as an example,taking action research method and investigation method to carry out field research.In order to improve the validity and credibility of the study,41 teaching secretaries have been investigated and interviewed by 41 teaching secretaries and interviews with individual teaching secretaries,educational departments and personnel department of the 3 schools.Through the investigation of the present situation of the team of teaching secretaries,the main problems of the present team of teaching secretaries in private colleges and universities are that the uneven quality of the teaching secretaries is uneven,poor service consciousness,poor business quality and lack of scientific research ability,and the instability of the team is characterized by large liquidity and heavy work.Not to be paid attention to,low salary and unoptimistic prospects for development,and so on.The unsound management system shows that the selection system is not perfect,the personnel are insufficient,the salary system is unreasonable,and the examination and incentive system is unscientific.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the present situation and the main problems of the teaching secretaries,the reasons are found from the problems,and the reasons that affect the construction of the teaching secretaries of private colleges and universities are as follows: the managers of private colleges and universities have a deviation in the knowledge of the Teaching Secretaries and the lack of the training system,which leads to the uneven quality of the team;The lack of understanding on the level of government,the lack of awareness of the administrators of private colleges and universities leads to the low status of the teaching secretaries and the low sense of professional identity of the teaching secretaries,which leads to the instability of the teaching secretaries;the management of the private colleges and universities does not attach importance to the construction of the teaching secretaries and the cost of the private colleges and universities leads to the inadequacy of the management system of the teaching secretaries.To strengthen the construction of teaching secretary team,we should improve and optimize the quality and ability of teaching secretaries.For a long time,private universities attach importance to teaching,neglect management and neglect the construction of teaching secretaries.Therefore,private colleges and universities should make the following countermeasures: the administrators of private colleges and universities attach importance to the construction of teaching secretaries;teaching secretaries improve their professional identity;strengthen the management and system construction of teaching secretaries;improve the training system of teaching secretaries;and optimize the working environment of the teaching secretaries.
