As China's education industry enters a new era,the adjustment of the national education policy and the deepening of the reform of general higher education,newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities have to carry out comprehensive innovation in all aspects of school construction to meet the needs of the overall transformation and development.Under the background of the transformation and development of newly-established universities,the teaching quality of newly-established universities puts forward higher requirements for the quality of teaching management team.As the teaching secretary of the most basic level in the teaching management team,it plays a particularly important role.The teaching secretary receives guidance from the office of Academic Affairs of the university,and the specific work is assigned and arranged by the second level college,under the dual leadership of the teaching Affairs Office and the second level college.The quality of its work not only affects the teaching management of newly-established universities,but also indirectly affects the teaching quality.In the daily work,those who have a good teacher ethics teacher style quality,skilled professional quality and healthy psychological quality of the teaching secretary staff is good at interpersonal communication,can coordinate all aspects of the work,are high efficient,and can become a leader of the staff assistant and students play the role of management education.Excellent teaching secretary staff has a good quality and can establish a comprehensive view of quality.It plays a positive role in improving the quality of teaching.This research adopts the methods of literature analysis,interview and questionnaire survey to preliminarily discuss the current situation of the quality of teaching secretaries in newly-established universities.Through the analysis of teaching secretaries in newly-established universities from four aspects,such as daily working status(professional)quality,teachers' moral quality,professional ability quality and professional emotion(psychological quality),it is found that there are some problems in the current teaching secretary quality : Teachers and students have high demands on the quality of teaching secretary staff,the teaching secretary's service consciousness is not high,the business service ability is not strong,the teaching secretary is not satisfied due to personal development,and their job satisfaction is not high.Especially in the teaching secretary personnel vocational emotion quality fails to effectively improve and this caused the teaching secretary's professional identity is low.All of these put forward higher requirements on the design and optimization of the quality and system construction of the teaching secretary personnel in newly-established universities.In view of the current situation of the quality of teaching secretaries in newly-established universities,this paper puts forward the strategies to solve the problems: improving the understanding of leaders,setting up the goal of building a high-quality teaching secretary team;Promoting the reform of personnel system,carrying out quality education and professional training of teachers' morality and style,and improving the service consciousness;Improving the performance management system,salary distribution management system,strengthening the teaching secretary process evaluation;Improving the working environment,enhancing the appeal of teaching secretary post,reducing job burnout.
