The Adjustment Of The Living Relationship Between The Widowed Old Man And The Children

China has entered an aging society since 2000.As of now,the ageing population in China is still accelerating.The topic of the elderly has also increasingly attracted wide attention from the society.Studies have shown that marital status has a strong guiding relationship with a person's mental health.Compared with unmarried,widowed,divorced and long-term separated people,spouses have a stronger sense of well-being and have a more positive emotional state.Older rural people who are widowed and have poor physical health conditions are more likely to feel lonely.The psychological aspect is likely to produce negative thoughts.These elderly people will encounter many problems when they move to live with their children.The study of social work was conducted on the basis of the old people of this group.In contrast to the differences about the widowed old people in China and abroad,using literature research methods and participatory interviews,7 wives and widowed women in X village.Visits were made to understand the problems faced by the widowed old people in their lives.Through the analysis and discussion of such issues,we can better understand the group of widowed old people.Through the way of case work,one of the widows of a widowed old man was explored when she was living with her children.Under the method of rational emotional treatment,the old man was helped out of the predicament and a new concept of life was established.Finally,through the reflection and summary of this study,reasonable suggestions are proposed.
