This article chooses the Thai Middle school fourth grade use five sets of Chinese teaching material as the object of study,these five sets of teaching materials separately "Foundation Chinese" that is compiled by the Thai scholars,"Chinese Initiation","Middle school Chinese","Experience Chinese" that Chinese Thai cooperation "Joyful China Good Chinese Course",the Chinese scholars compile.Mainly using the contrast,statistics and other methods,inspects the contents,glossaries,Chinese character,grammar and practice part these five sets of teaching materials analyzes,discovers the merits and insufficient of these five sets of teaching materials."Foundation Chinese","Joyful China Good Chinese Course","Experience Chinese" three sets of teaching materials in the compilation management concept advocated "joyful study" the idea,"Middle school Chinese" and "Chinese Initiation" two sets of teaching materials take "the Chinese culture" as teaching material foundation."Experience Chinese","Chinese Initiation","Middle school Chinese" insisted "localization" and "Chinese culture" the principle,the practical life of teaching material content quite close Thai,"Joyful China Good Chinese Course" uses "Chinese abroad study" the principle,which teaching material content the matter that studies in China,"Foundation Chinese" widespread for mother tongue for English study Chinese,the teaching material compilation insists foundational and versatility.Teaching material content "Experience Chinese" has the rich multiplicity,manifests before each class will have class warms up and strengthens the power of expression the expansion topic and hearing content to be widespread and topic that all personnel move,helping strengthening learner to learn Chinese the interest;"Middle school Chinese" and "Chinese Initiation" content is relatively abstruse.Moreover,the length is too long the knowledge that must master to be too much,the learner of knowledge that involves to not having foundation is very difficult to understand that this suits achieves the HSK3 level above learner study.Chinese character,under suiting the situations of different learner,the redactor has made the different choices,presents the most basic Chinese character like "Experience Chinese",is simply easy to write,the new Chinese character that each class presents also for the common Chinese character,helping the beginner studying.In voice each set of teaching material mainly appears in the form of dialog in the text,the content of scene dialog is mainly friend's regards,inquired the matter that the name and introduction between family relationship schoolmates and so on,the teaching material utilization daily life often have carries on to enroll in the teaching material,the learner's through understanding the environment,will study a new language becomes easy.In glossary,according to the vocabularies of fifth chapter of statistical five volume of teaching materials in 2897 to 9542,the vocabulary difference of each volume of teaching materialism relatively big,regarding one week,only then a class learner,the content are too much,the arrangement is not very ideal,the pressure of learner increases,is not possibly able to adapt,has five class Chinese language classes learners to one week,content too few,needs simultaneously to study the different two volume of teaching materials,two book teaching materials have not been connected in the content,will create certain confusion to the learner,instead cannot step up Chinese proficiency.To practice to write Chinese character,to create sentences,judgment correctly in practice,to reply that the issue,fills up the topic that practice talked to practice Chinese,the exercises of some teaching materials lacked the originality and multiplicity,the exercise after "Middle school Chinese" each class relatively were few,and was primarily judging the topic and replied the issue,lacked the multiplicity,the topic was unitary.Does not favor learner's consolidated to knowledge.
