In recent years,the government has proposed innovation in social governance.It aims at the construction of a “small government,big society” service-oriented government,and the community has become an important platform for social services and governance.With the development of urban modernization,community construction has become an important base for China's socialist construction and development,and community autonomy is the ultimate goal of community building.Although community development has entered a new phase,social construction services and governance innovation are facing new challenges,while the backbone people can play their unique role in the process of community service.At this stage,there are many bottlenecks in community autonomy.Among them,the most important one is the lack of community residents' participation,which leads to the failure of the self-management,self-education,self-service,and self-supervision.Social workers often face a series of problems in the development of community services,such as fewer community backbones,lack of appeal,and weak ability to drive.Through the work practice,the author found that many communities are mainly driven by the backbone.Social workers play the roles of the facilitator and the resource linker.Therefore,it is very important to select the backbone members of the community.Based on this,how to combine community social work with community governance,how social work will discover the backbone of the community,and from which paths will we train weak communities to participate,so that the backbone of the community will become a helper of community services.This paper will use empowerment to empower people.From the perspective of viewing the development of the backbone of the community.
