Community Empowerment: Action Research On Social Work Participating In Community Governance Of Public Rental Housing Community

In the 2022 government work report,the word "social work" sixth in the government work report.Promote social governance work sharing.We will develop social work and support the healthy development of social organizations,humanitarian assistance,voluntary services,public welfare and charity.China's social work has developed rapidly.As a participant in social construction and social governance,social work has made great contributions to urban and rural social services and social governance.In order to implement the work deployment of S Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau on promoting the construction of township(street)social work talent team,and give full play to the positive role of social work in improving social assistance,ensuring and improving people's livelihood and innovating social governance,street social work service stations are established.Operate by purchasing services from a third party to provide diversified and professional social work services for residents in need.In participating in the social work service station,the author uses the professional methods and values of social work to intervene in the community governance of public rental housing community.The author participates in the community governance of the public rental housing community in the way of community empowerment,and cooperates with the community staff with professional services to the vulnerable subjects in the public rental housing s community,especially the elderly in difficulties such as service life difficulties,suicidal tendencies and visits.There are many elderly people living alone in s community,with complex personnel identity structure and frequent contradictions and disputes,which has become the difficulty of grass-roots social governance and the focus of the whole society.The author makes a professional evaluation on the special elderly in the community through visit and investigation,and provides case services for individual objects;Through social work professional group activities and community activities,mainly the middle-aged and elderly people with mental disorders,psychological and emotional distress,poor family relations and living alone are the main service objects,so as to truly alleviate the difficulties and resolve contradictions of this group through flexible professional services.Secondly,for the active residents in s community,drive the nearby residents to participate in community activities,use professional skills and methods such as empowerment and empowerment of social work to tap the endogenous power of the community,cultivate volunteers,form a volunteer service assistance team,help the low-energy and weak elderly in the community,promote the change of community residents and solve the problems in the community.In participating in the governance of public rental housing community,social workers should think about how to enter the community,how to integrate resources,pry residents,how to achieve mutual assistance,how to form a voluntary service system and so on.The author found the problems in the way of personal practice,conducted preliminary research,and studied the path of social workers' intervention in the community.From the initial community,how to connect the community,how to get through the community,how to seek peace with the community,how to win the trust of the community and other processes,the community governance of s community is carried out.Through the three direct service methods of social work,the psychological problems of special residents in the community are alleviated,community contradictions are resolved,psychological prevention projects are created,psychological flexibility is enhanced,and community residents are empowered,Give full play to the advantageous role of professional social workers in community governance.On this basis,social workers create a service path for local social work to intervene in public rental housing communities and a feasible model to participate in community governance by means of professional services.At the same time,it is verified that social work does play an important role in grass-roots social governance.
