This study took the top eight athletes of the men's 10 km race walk in the 2017 national championship as an example to analyze the characteristics and differences of the athletes' race walk technology.The purpose is to summarize and summarize the advantages,advantages,disadvantages and shortcomings of the first eight athletes' technical actions in the men's 10 km race in the 2017 national championships through accurate data results.Identify eight athletes before walking detailed deep realistic problems of the technology,makes the top eight athletes excellent results in the later game and is to lower the number of calls,can reasonable allocation rate and race walking skill.At the same time according to the analysis results,the technical problems of the weak link of improved or enrich to provide theoretical reference,thus effectively training national youth walkers,cultivate reserve teenagers,to improve the coach to guide youth technical exercise practice effect and competition level provide certain help.Using literature,mathematical statistics,expert interview,high-speed camera and sports biomechanics research methods,such as 10 km race walking to the 2017 national championship before eight athletes technical characteristics for kinematics analysis.Then the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to promote the development of young athletes' walking techniques.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The top eight athletes two step after step length contrast basic same,show that eight athletes left and right before step relatively in balance,the left and right balanced technology stride is beneficial to judge the overall visual effect,also is good for the economy,rationality,effectiveness of actions.The tenancy time of the first eight runners is basically within a reasonable time limit,but it is quite different from that of the high-level athletes.(2)In the competition,the gap between the first eight athletes' knee joint angles and those of the high-level athletes was not large when they landed on the left and right legs forward.The knee joint Angle of the left and right legs of the eight athletes was obviously lower than that of the high level athletes in the vertical moment of supporting legs.At the moment when the supporting leg is off the ground,the first eight athletes' left and right legs of the knee joint are in good condition.In addition,the difference between the left and right legs of the eight athletes in the first eight minutes of ground separation was not significant.(3)The left and right ankle angles of the eight athletes were relatively small compared with those of the excellent walkers before the moment of swinging their legs and landing forward.When the first eight athletes swung their legs off the ground,the Angle of the left and right ankle joints was relatively lower than that of the high level.(4)The difference between the minimum knee Angle of the swinging leg of the top eight athletes and that of the high level is not too great;Eight athletes before the match,in the process of swing arm,right arm elbow Angle after compared to larger,smaller after left arm Angle contrast,suggests that athletes can better control in the process of forward left arm;When swinging forward,the Angle between the left and right thigh of the athlete is smaller than that of the back.
