Research On The Fitness Evaluation And Evaluation Standard Of Cadets In Military Academy

Since the implementation of integrating system of quantitative assessment in cadets' graduation allotment,stamina assessment standard has been classified into four evaluation levels,however,its performance evaluation is too broad to meet the needs of quantitative assessment of cadets' performance in stamina.This research aims to search out the problems existing in the present methods of marking,by the mixed methods of documental research,expert consultation,mathematical statistics,etc.And with undergraduates cadets' stamina performance as object investigated,to ascertain each item of the stamina evaluation standard in cadets' graduation quantitative assessment system and carry on with the comprehensive evaluation of stamina.The research conclusions are as follows:Through the analysis of the original four-level evaluation standard of each stamina item,it has been found out that the evaluation is too broad to reflect the differences among the cadets' stamina,which is not consistent with its original intention.In order to accordingly quantify the stamina of cadets in each school year,the assessment standard of each item and the comprehensive assessment standard have been drawn up in this dissertation.Stamina assessment standards have been worked out by using progressive integration method,through the comparison of three scoring standards,a progressive evaluation standard with median as the reference point is set up so that the evaluation can motivate progress,encourage the advanced and reflect the difference of stamina evaluation standard of each item.All stamina assessment standard of four academic years in military colleges are set up,the weighting coefficient as well as the sub-coefficient of stamina item of per school year are settled.And besides,through the product of weight coefficient of an academic year and sub-coefficient,the item weight coefficient has been obtained.Also,the comprehensive evaluation methods of stamina quantitative assessment have been laid down and its rationality has been verified.The standard of physical assessment can fully reflect the motivation of the cadets to work hard at a higher level of physical energy,and can meet the quantitative evaluation of the level of the physical ability of the cadets.The students have high satisfaction with the new scoring standards and can generally identify their rationality.Therefore,the quantitative evaluation of cadets in military schools can be supportedby the new scoring standard.It can provide data support and method support for the fair distribution of Cadets' graduation.
