Teacher's professional development is the starting point and end result of the reform of teacher education.The orientation of "practice-reflection" has become the main of the current professional development of teacher education,and it will inevitably lead to teacher education reform.The cultivation of student-teacher is the initial stage of teacher education,The teacher education curriculum is an important carrier for the cultivation of teacher candidate,even it is also the leader of reform.As an important component of the teacher education curriculum,the practice curriculum is inevitably driven by the transformation of its original value pursuit of "practice".The promotion of "practical" status promotes the reform of Practice Curriculum that are attached to the teacher education theoretical course of "Application of Theory".Emphasizing the integration of the teacher education theoretical course and practice curriculum.However,the practical orientation of teacher education and its curriculum in our country is inadequate.There are still many problems in the practice curriculum of teacher candidate.Responding to the trend of international teacher education reform,As well as the existing problems of our teacher education curriculum,China's teacher education research,policy,and actual appeals have unanimously emphasized the strengthening of teacher candidate's educational practices,including the construction of comprehensive educational practice content system.experience teacher morality,Instruction practices,class management practices,teaching and research practices,etc.On this basis,it is of great significance to explore the existing problems,value orientation,integration trend,,integration approaches and tactics of china's practice curriculum.Based on the above considerations,this study first investigated the current situation of the integration of practice curriculum in normal universities.The first is the analysis of the cultivation plan of undergraduate and the formulation of the implementation of teaching Practice Curriculum text,And the second is through questionnaires for teacher candidate,the third is to conduct interviews investigations with participants in practice curriculum.Through the research methods to explore the specific characterization of its existing problems.Finding that the value of "practice" in educational practice courses is obscured and confined to the orientation of "application of theories";This has led to a weak development of practice curriculum and the lack of class hours and correlation between the content and objectives of theoretical courses and practical courses;The functional orientation of various kinds of practice curriculum is inaccurate,and the vertical setting is not closely related to the implementation;the lack of effective cooperation mechanism between teacher colleges and middle /primary schools based on curriculum implementation,and the lack of effective communication among the subjects of various types of practice curriculum;The evaluation concept is limited to summative evaluations.The most fundamental reason for the existing problems of practice curriculum is the lack of “practical orientation”,and then it is specifically manifested as the lack of effective integration of curriculum content,goals,implementation and evaluation.This study starts with the "(practical)purpose-(integration)" approach.By sorting out the course development of the "intellectual" to the "practice-reflective" in practice curriculum,it provides an integrated historical basis for the development of china ' s practice curriculum of teacher education.And expounds The value of guiding requirements for the Integration of practice curriculum based on forming the image of "professional identity" and cultivating "reflective teacher".Furthermore,the value of curriculum integration must be achieved through a specific integration approach.To cultivate the practical teaching ability of normal school students,and to realize the value of the integration of teaching Practice Curriculum,it is necessary to further explore the strategies for integration of teaching Practice Curriculum for teacher candidates.The due value of curriculum integration in practice curriculum must be reflected through specific integration strategies.The integration of curriculum is mainly focused on the integrated offering and integrated implementation,and the two are always fused together.It is first trying to explore the construction of its curriculum integration,The integration of curriculum offering about practice curriculum is an ideal plan for the implementation of the integration.This study will proceed from the three stages of "integration of curriculum objectives-analysis curriculum content-integration of curriculum organization".The first is process of integration of curriculum objectives,which involves three dimensions of the structure teacher candidate's professional literacy,teacher ability structure and the function of curriculum attribute.the professional literacy structure of teacher candidate points to professional knowledge,professional ability and professional spirit.The teacher's ability structure points to the requirements of the teacher's subjective activity,Including teaching,research,moral qualities education,the class management of the head teacher,and education cooperation;the function of curriculum attribute is based on the purpose,mode,and situation of the practice,It consists of three levels:field experience?practicum and practice study.The second is the analysis of the structural elements of the curriculum,and combing the practical learning methods and functions of the specific courses at the levels of education probation?education practice and internship training.At the level of sequence organization,investigating and organizing the integration status of education observation,teaching practicum,and educational research,and maintaining the continuity and sequence of curriculum settings.At the level of scope organization,it is mainly based on integration of curriculum goals which relys on horizontally integrated and organized modular curriculum(teaching ability,ability of teaching research,experience of teacher morale and ability of education cooperation).The integrated curriculum offering is a ideal plan of integrated curriculum implementation.The implementation of curriculum integration is the specific operation of the curriculum integration setting.based on the feasibility of the integration of educational practice curriculum.This study mainly discusses the integration of participants' consciousness of participating in cooperation in the teaching Practice Curriculum,primary and secondary school partnerships,curriculum integration structure,and curriculum integration evaluation mechanism Based on this,to promote the effective integration of practice curriculum.The author summarizes the conclusions of the study on the integration of normal teaching Practice Curriculum.Putting forward research reflection opinions to ascertain the direction of further research.
