Under the new round of curriculum reform,the three level curriculum management model has brought the fruitful achievement of the school-based curriculum in primary schools.The school is in practice to construct the primary school-based curriculum evaluation activities independently.“The outline of basic education curriculum reform(Trial)” clearly emphasizes the diversity of evaluation,and gives multiple subjects the rights of curriculum evaluation.The development of school modernization tends to home-school,school-school,school-society consultation and co construction.All these put forward new requirements on the evaluation of school-based curriculum in primary school.At the same time,through the investigation,we find that the evaluation of school-based curriculum in primary school has weak cognition in practice operation.The participation of multiple subjects is insufficient,and the degree of participation and interaction are not enough.All these show that the construction of primary school-based curriculum consultative evaluation is the primary task of the current primary school-based curriculum construction.The study mainly used the case analysis method,and is supplemented by the interview method.Through analyzing the current situation of school-based curriculum evaluation of three case schools,we dig out the cases of consultative evaluation,and analyze the purpose,subjects,tools and activities of the consultative evaluation of the school-based curriculum in primary schools.Meanwhile,we interview individually the evaluation subjects in the case.Concluding some experience and enlightenment,the research constructed the basic strategy and guarantee conditions of the consultative evaluation of the school-based curriculum in primary schools.Consultative evaluation is a kind of curriculum evaluation activities that is on the based of constructive postmodern curriculum theory and the theory of consultative democracy,whose connotation is the evaluation value orientation integrated subject orientation with process orientation,diversified evaluation factors,interacted consultation of subjects and the functions of understanding and development.The consultative evaluation of school-based curriculum in primary schools is the public activity process that subjects make objective description and value judgement for the planning,design,implementation and results of school-based curriculum in primary school,forming a common understanding.The school-based curriculum of primary school has a strong development,whose content is diversified,forms are rich and cycle is short,therefore its evaluation is an interactive reflection between the subjects and the curriculum,which should be dynamic.Moreover,through the practice research,it is found that the stakeholders of the evaluation are complex,and their demand for interest is different.It shows that the process of evaluation is need to coordinate,the possibility of school-based curriculum consultative evaluation in primary school.Based on the analysis of case and practice interview,the basic strategies of primary school-based curriculum consultative evaluation should include four aspects:First of all,the primary school-based curriculum consultative evaluation has three-dimensional purposes that is to promote the individualized development of the students,the professional development of teachers and the scientific development of the curriculum.We should carry out the purposes of evaluation to practice,through specific strategies that return multiple evaluation targets and combine evaluating indicator to curriculum activities.Secondly,the evaluation subjects of the primary school-based curriculum consultative evaluation include teachers,students,parents,administrative leaders,community representatives and experts.The participators from different social identities and dispersed subjects should start from the aspects of the evaluation consciousness,behavior and rights and interests of the subjects to construct the soliciting letters of opinion for the course,opening school activities,and rationally distributing the right to speak.Thirdly,it is the feedback strategies of comments on the primary school-based curriculum consultative evaluation.It must be guaranteed that understanding,reflections and opinions can be collected and utilized.So,we need to construct a diversified feedback strategy for listening to multifaceted opinions,such as the development evaluation scale,questionnaire,activity observation,in-depth interview and so on.Finally,it is about that interactive discussion strategies of the primary school-based curriculum consultative evaluation.More concretely,through multiparty discussion and interactive exhibition communication,we can realize the interpretation,dialectical and coordination on the basis of dialogue among the subjects.And then,the interaction that between subjects and subjects,subjects and activity,subjects and curriculum in the process of consultative evaluation will deepen.In order to implement the consultative evaluation strategies of school-based curriculum in primary schools,to improve the efficiency of consultative evaluation,we must provide support conditions.Specific support conditions are that establishing training research activities for subjects,setting up specialized institutions,building a system of encouragement subjects and curriculum optimization or elimination.And then,that can promote the consciousness of subjects,coordination relationship between the subjects,ensuring the effective uses of consultative evaluation results.
