Organizational justice is an interdisciplinary research subject involving management,psychology and sociology,which has become a hot topic in social science.A large number of studies have shown that when employees feel unfair,they have negative psychological and behavioural reactions.Most of the faculty in kindergartens are women.They are more sensitive and pay more attention to the issue of justice.However,there is a lack of research on the relationship between the sense of organizational justice and work input of kindergarten teachers,and the correlation between the sense of organizational justice and work input of kindergarten teachers will provide some theoretical reference for the management of preschool institutions.This research took 509 teachers as samples to investigate the present situation of kindergarten teachers' sense of organizational justice and its impact on kindergarten teachers' work input.Based on the previous literature research and interviews,the questionnaire of kindergarten teachers' sense of organizational justice was compiled to reveal the current situation of different kindergarten teachers' groups' sense of organizational justice from four aspects: leadership justice,distribution justice,procedure justice and information justice.The whole research is divided into four parts,the structure of kindergarten teachers' sense of organizational justice and the preparation of the test scale,the characteristics of kindergarten teachers' sense of organizational justice,the relationship between kindergarten teachers' sense of organizational justice and work input,and the suggestions and considerations for improving organizational justice.Through empirical research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The sense of organizational justice of kindergarten teachers is a multi-dimensional structure,which consists of four dimensions: distributive justice,procedural justice,leadership justice and information justice.(2)In general,teacher'sense of organizational fairness in kindergartens is at a medium level,with uneven development in various aspects,ranging from high to low.There are obvious differences between the levels of each dimension,with the highest degree of leadership fairness and the lowest degree of distributive justice.(3)On the whole,there are significant differences in the perceived organizational justice of kindergarten teachers and their factors in the demographic variables of gender,educational background,educational age,functional title,position and monthly income.(4)There is a significant positive correlation between the overall score and the factors of the kindergarten teachers' sense of organizational justice,among which the degree of positive correlation between leadership justice and work input is the highest.Based on the interviews and statistical analysis,this study sums up the problems existing in every aspect of the teachers 'sense of organizational justice in kindergarten,and discusses some suggestions on how to improve teachers' input by enhancing teachers 'sense of organizational justice in kindergarten.
